3rd party I didn’t realise when researching then booking a bespoke trip to northern Albania that Baboo are a 3rd party who then contact a local tour company. My dealings with Baboo were very efficient and they responded straightway but ultimately it wasn’t them actually organising the trip so it was frustrating having to communicate with the tour company on the ground via the Baboo portal - which wasn’t always checked. Another time I would just use the local company but doing a bit more googling. I’m sure Baboo are very good if they’re organising tours direct though.

Unforgettable Trip to Jordan with Baboo Hello, I am Lorella from Italy. I want to share my fantastic journey to Jordan with Baboo. It was truly magnificent! The Baboo team was very professional. They know lots about Jordan -- its history and culture. My English is not very good, but they took time to explain things slowly and make sure I understood. This made me feel comfortable and appreciated. What I really enjoyed is that they took us to places not crowded with tourists. It was very relaxed and peaceful. I could really enjoy the beauty of Jordan without interruptions. In total, my experience with Baboo in Jordan is something I will never forget. The team put lots of effort to make our trip special. Definitely, Baboo is worth five stars. If you thinking to visit Jordan, choose Baboo. They are really good!

Amazing experience with Baboo I had the most incredible family custom trip to Costa Rica with Baboo! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all our expectations. First and foremost, the guides from Baboo were exceptional. Their knowledge of Costa Rica's diverse ecosystems, wildlife, and culture was truly impressive. They made sure our trip was not only educational but also loads of fun for both kids and adults. Their passion for the country was infectious, and we learned so much from them. The itinerary they put together was perfectly tailored to our family's interests and preferences. We got to explore lush rainforests, relax on beautiful beaches, and even had thrilling adventures like zip-lining and river rafting. Every day was a new adventure, and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout. Overall, our family custom trip with Baboo Guides to Costa Rica was an absolute dream come true. We can't thank them enough for their expertise, hospitality, and the fantastic adventure they created for us.
