Sent me multiple reviews/feedback for the flights that I was interested in 5. Always answered very quickly (I think he doesn't)

Thanks My agent Alex did the impossible and was able to put me on the same flight as my mom booked, was trying to find the same itinerary online, but just couldn`t do it, and on top of that my price was lower than my mom`s but she booked her ticket 6 months prior than me.
