Was hesitant to work with a travel… Was hesitant to work with a travel agency after so many stories that I've read on the internet, but Gordon helped me change my mind by doing this: 1. Found a much lower price than online 2. Listened carefully to what I needed, and did everything the same 3. Advised on what airline and type of plane to choose 4. Sent me multiple reviews/feedback for the flights that I was interested in 5. Always answered very quickly (I think he doesn't)

I would like to thank Roger for… I would like to thank Roger for arranging a complicated flight for our family which was coming from 3 different cities, he built a flight that would meet us in the US and take us to Japan on the same long-haul flight for all members! I spent more than 1 week trying to do this by myself, but I couldn't do it (not for a decent price at least). On top of that, our tickets come with a free exchange and refund policy, couldn't believe that travel agencies have access to something like this. Roger, hope to deal with you again in the future.
