USThanks My agent Alex did the impossible and was able to put me on the same flight as my mom booked, was trying to find the same itinerary online, but just couldn`t do it, and on top of that my price was lower than my mom`s but she booked her ticket 6 months prior than me. Alex assisted me with the seat selection and meal selection and did the check-in for me. I could reach him anytime I needed, even if he was not in the office, he is very responsive.
