Pick up from hotel was far too early as you just sit at the site for over an hour just waiting, totally unnecessary to be there that early before your flight. Reception staff were quite unfriendly, definitely not welcoming at all. Helicopter was packed full which made the experience not so enjoyable. Four solid sized people in the back of the helicopter was too much, you were so squashed. Weather wasn't great and so we couldn't see much of the canyon.

Awesome Flight Helicopter tour was piloted by Tom who is comfortable with the aircraft and knowledge concerning the local area. His tour of the canyon was enlightening, enlivening, and downright awesome. Enjoyed every aspect from pick up to return delivery from to our hotel front door. Thank You

Easy Reservations, but Ask for Any Available Discounts No problems with making the reservations. However, the person on the phone had not been informed of any discounted fares associated with veterans, seniors, etc. She had to track down the information while I was on hold. Not too big of a problem, I just thought she should have been informed of such things.

READ BEFORE BOOKING Ride was way too fast, for the amount of money being paid it should be a longer and more enjoyable experience. Loaded, tour, and unloaded off of the helicopter in less than 12 minutes. Also failed to disclose before booking that we would be sharing the helicopter with 6 other people. Depending on your seat, you potentially will not have a view of the Vegas strip. Also very misleading as it appears you will have champagne during the flight. Wrong, after checking in, you are directed to grab a glass of cheap room temperature champagne that has been sitting on the counter.

WOW...experience of a lifetime WOW! It is still teh first word that come in my mind, 5 days after our helicopter tour. It is still such an extraordinary memory! I beliece it is in a helicopter that one can really appreciate the extraordinaly Grand Canyon, feel the size and beauty of it. I also recommend our pilot, MadDog Mike, who not is an excellent helicopter pilot but is very prepared in regards to geology and history of the Canyon, his commentary and music make the experience really of a lifetime.
