GBTJ Dana is a blessing TJ Dana has been nothing but absolutely wonderful throughout my process of booking this wedding. My wedding is booked for June 7th of this year at dreams La Mareas, the booking has been in place for at least 18 months if not longer. My original wedding planner at the resort was Caroly, She was very rude, spoke over me, Never responded. Tj immediately stepped in to address this issue, even Caroly was abruptive, interrupting Tj and trying to speak over her. Tj professionally stepped in and informed her that she was being rude and condescending and we would need to escalate this matter as she was not LISTENING to me and my concerns for my wedding day. Tj took the initiative to request a new planner at the Resort, which did not get approved request. Even with the resort denying the request Tj spoke to the Manger on a group conference call to ensure that the quality service in the future will be improved. Even after this assurance from the manager things did not change. Caroly even had her team believe she kept all meetings with me but Tj was quick to defend the truth for me and resolve this misunderstanding and successfully got me a new planner at the resort to work with. She attended the conference call to ensure the quality of service was to my satisfaction eith the new planner and that no one would try to bully me again. I cannot express how grateful I am to have her on my side through this planning process. Even when I visited the resort she called me daily to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. She has worked with so many of our guest to assist them in their booking of rooms and transportation needs from the airpot to resort and back. Tj is absolutely a blessing to me.

GBThis company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.
