This company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.

Supportive and helpful Melissa was supportive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We originally had dates lined up with one resort but that resort last minute fell through on signing the contract and Melissa worked quickly to get us another resort and date that worked for us. DestinationWeddings Helped with Communication We decided to do a destination wedding at the Finest Playa Mujeres- while the resort itself is beautiful they were difficult to communicate with. I really appreciated Carol's tenacity and work in dealing with the resort so I didn't have to. All our guests got there smoothly and loved their stay.
