This company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.

Charlene Barlow was rude and unhelpful Charlene Barlow was rude and unhelpful. We came to know that we were overcharged for the rooms once we arrived at the hotel in Mexico. I strongly advise you to look for another Wedding agent if you are planning a Wedding or booking a room.

Our experience with Tiffany Dana Our experience with Tiffany Dana, truly was wonderful. From helping us pick out a resort in Mexico for our wedding to assisting us with travel and our guests rooms, her assistance made the experience seamless. We knew we could rely on her for any hiccups we experienced along the way. Would definitely recommend planning your destination wedding through this website and if you can get Tiffany as your coordinator, truly even better! YOU WONT REGRET USING DESTINATION WEDDINGS My husband and I got married in the Dominican Republic in April of 2024! It was the happiest day of our lives… we were surrounded by 100 guests that made the trip to celebrate US! This would not have been possible without our travel agent, Rene Wills!!! Rene is dedicated to her clients! She goes the extra mile to personally know the couple she is working with and gets things done! Multiple times I had to reach out to her for help with the resort and she was responsive, professional, and timely. There are only a few things that I would change about our entire destination wedding experience, but using destination weddings (specifically Rene Wills) is NOT one. She is simply amazing and irreplaceable. Thank you Rene for your dedication, compassion, and work ethic. We are so thankful for you.
