Keeping up with the Joneses Our agent Sian Monk was horrible. She tried to over charge our guess, we never got our upgrade, she was never in office to handle corrections, very hard to reach her by phone, takes very long to answer emails, If you ever get her request someone else...

Amazing Experience Karen was amazing! Her patience with setting up all our guests arrangements was beyond professional. Not 1 guests had anything negative to say except how they drove her crazy and she worked with them with so much patience and professionalism. This was the first time we used Destination Wedding and will definitely not be the last.

Supportive and helpful Melissa was supportive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We originally had dates lined up with one resort but that resort last minute fell through on signing the contract and Melissa worked quickly to get us another resort and date that worked for us. DestinationWeddings Helped with Communication We decided to do a destination wedding at the Finest Playa Mujeres- while the resort itself is beautiful they were difficult to communicate with.
