Supportive and helpful Melissa was supportive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We originally had dates lined up with one resort but that resort last minute fell through on signing the contract and Melissa worked quickly to get us another resort and date that worked for us. Mindi Phillips and Destination Weddings… Mindi Phillips was so great in helping us with our destination wedding. I highly recommend destination weddings and Mindi herself to help out with planning your destination wedding. She made have a wedding so much easier, she helped manage family, our resort stay, and planning out every step of our wedding the stay while we were there. All things which can be over whelming to think about when planning. 5 stars for Mindi and the Azul beach team.

She was always available for any questions we had along the at and made sure all of our guests had everything they needed as well. We never felt like we didn’t have everything we needed in terms of hotel and flight information and then above and beyond that with any extras and more. YOU WONT REGRET USING DESTINATION WEDDINGS My husband and I got married in the Dominican Republic in April of 2024! It was the happiest day of our lives… we were surrounded by 100 guests that made the trip to celebrate US! This would not have been possible without our travel agent, Rene Wills!!! Rene is dedicated to her clients! She goes the extra mile to personally know the couple she is working with and gets things done! Multiple times I had to reach out to her for help with the resort and she was responsive, professional, and timely. There are only a few things that I would change about our entire destination wedding experience, but using destination weddings (specifically Rene Wills) is NOT one. She is simply amazing and irreplaceable. Thank you Rene for your dedication, compassion, and work ethic. We are so thankful for you.

This company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.
