Supportive and helpful Melissa was supportive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We originally had dates lined up with one resort but that resort last minute fell through on signing the contract and Melissa worked quickly to get us another resort and date that worked for us. Charlene Barlow was rude and unhelpful Charlene Barlow was rude and unhelpful. We came to know that we were overcharged for the rooms once we arrived at the hotel in Mexico. I strongly advise you to look for another Wedding agent if you are planning a Wedding or booking a room.
