This company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.

Supportive and helpful Melissa was supportive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We originally had dates lined up with one resort but that resort last minute fell through on signing the contract and Melissa worked quickly to get us another resort and date that worked for us. Thank you Melissa!

Best Decision ever! When we starting planning our destination wedding, we had so many questions and had no idea about DestinationWeddings.com. We filled our the inquiry form and after being matched with Amy Cate, it made our wedding planning so easy and fun. Amy was so helpful, detail oriented and was able to pick the best resort for our style/ wants. She was able to book our 70 guests and answer all their questions as well. Charlene Barlow was rude and unhelpful Charlene Barlow was rude and unhelpful. We came to know that we were overcharged for the rooms once we arrived at the hotel in Mexico. I strongly advise you to look for another Wedding agent if you are planning a Wedding or booking a room.
