Keeping up with the Joneses Our agent Sian Monk was horrible. She tried to over charge our guess, we never got our upgrade, she was never in office to handle corrections, very hard to reach her by phone, takes very long to answer emails, If you ever get her request someone else...

Supportive and helpful Melissa was supportive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We originally had dates lined up with one resort but that resort last minute fell through on signing the contract and Melissa worked quickly to get us another resort and date that worked for us. This company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.
