Handling the large group that we had was no easy task and planning over a year in advance presents it's own challenges, changes in people lives, uncontrollable circumstances, etc. - which are inevitable with a large group. Carrie was very clear going into this journey about restrictions, no guarantees, etc. Carrie coordinates many wedding groups travel, so we were patient as a email response could sometimes take a few days, but in the end we were pleased with the experience and support from DWT and Carrie.

CACharlene Barlow was rude and unhelpful Charlene Barlow was rude and unhelpful. We came to know that we were overcharged for the rooms once we arrived at the hotel in Mexico. I strongly advise you to look for another Wedding agent if you are planning a Wedding or booking a room.

GBThis company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.
