From helping us pick out a resort in Mexico for our wedding to assisting us with travel and our guests rooms, her assistance made the experience seamless. We knew we could rely on her for any hiccups we experienced along the way. Would definitely recommend planning your destination wedding through this website and if you can get Tiffany as your coordinator, truly even better! Thank you again, the outcome of our wedding was beautiful.

We had our wedding at Dreams Playa… We had our wedding at Dreams Playa Mujeres on 04-18-24. It was a small wedding, only 9 of us all together. I had Monica as my wedding planner and it was amazing. We had a small ceremony outside at Azure Veranda and it was perfect. We had no plans for after the wedding because there were only 9 of us so we figured we would just go to dinner. We discussed this with a staff member, Alejandro Leon, down by the beach bar. He then found out we were having no reception so he called his friends Chef Hendricks and Jonathan and they came and met us and made us a special meal. The Mezas restaurant was closed down so they set us up a special table, and a special dinner that was absolutely delicious. It totally made our wedding day so much more special and I am so thankful for Alejandro and Chef Hendricks and Jonathan. They made our stay absolutely amazing. My husband is also in a wheelchair and we found this resort to be very wheelchair friendly.

Thank you Carrie P! Carrie was great to work with. Handling the large group that we had was no easy task and planning over a year in advance presents it's own challenges, changes in people lives, uncontrollable circumstances, etc. - which are inevitable with a large group. Carrie was very clear going into this journey about restrictions, no guarantees, etc. Carrie coordinates many wedding groups travel, so we were patient as a email response could sometimes take a few days, but in the end we were pleased with the experience and support from DWT and Carrie.

This company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.

Melissa was excellent! Melissa was excellent!! She was very thoughtful and personal when crafting options for us, being cognizant of ideal budget and location. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to explore venue and experience options
