This company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! Christal Hughes has poor customer service skills, she originally told me my room type was sold out. (2) weeks later she charged my card without contacting me so see if I was still interested in booking.

From helping us pick out a resort in Mexico for our wedding to assisting us with travel and our guests rooms, her assistance made the experience seamless. We knew we could rely on her for any hiccups we experienced along the way. Supportive and helpful Melissa was supportive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
