GBIf I could give Zero stars I would If I could give Zero stars I would. This company is a total scam. I’ve been trying to get my credit for a United Flight and I get tossed back and forth to agents. No one who answers the phone is capable of giving me any information. I’m told to call back and then I do and they take my name and tell me I’ll get a call back which I don’t. Meanwhile ticket prices are going up. Overall a very, very disappointing experience. I’m not sure where they are based, but they should be shut down for consumer fraud.
