Rough at the beginning... I started working on the reservation with Princess. She never returned my calls and everytime I called, I was told she was out of the office. Vance stepped in and was very helpful and quick to reply to my emails. I'm very pleased with his customer service.

Flight booking help Pete Connor helped me to book my flight tickets using a voucher from a prior cancelled ticket. His work ethic and communication were beyond expectations. Hope Delta Airlines will appreciate employees of this caliber. Thank you !

Outstanding Professional Customer Service! After the horrible experience with Expedia, Jet Blue and American American my good friend connected me with Pete. Even though he was sick, Pete rose to the occasion and resolved my girls reservations. I have now words to express my gratitude towards Pete.
