This is the 2nd time I have used these… This is the 2nd time I have used these guys.. no issues with pricing.. the proce they quote is the price I paid, no suprise costs.. both times! The only reason its not 5 stars is because they made an error on my name on the booking confirmation both times and I had to call. They sorted the issue out instantly! Just being honest, and think a lot of negative reviews are over exaggerated

I was helped by Princes who demonstrated a great professional curtesy and dedication to help me when I was scrambling to reserve a ticket for my son to fly with me in the same flight I reserved for myself a month earlier. Princess and The Travel House As I was searching for Airline Tickets I accidentally call The Travel House. But I have never heard of The Travel House, so I said I will call any way. A pleasant voice answer the phone and she said this is the Travel House my name is Princess how may I help you? The first Reservation that was made did not came through. Princess call me and told me what happened. Princess said don’t worry I have found another Airline for you same fees, but the time is about 15 minutes late. She said is that okay I said yes. Princess very pleasant, courteous, helpful and she get the job done. I will tell all off my family and friends about booking their tickets with Princess at The Travel House. Princess will always be my Travel consultant.
