GBI would use them again for sure. Because of a recent flurry of activity on my card, my purchase of these tickets was blocked multiple times by my credit card company. Getting it all cleared up was a pain, and took great patience on Vance's part. At every turn, he was polite, patient, and had excellent follow-through. GBI bought my ticket to the USA from The… I bought my ticket to the USA from The Travel House all ok once they got paid .then about four day I got news that a relative passed away in the states . I had to reschedule my trip as the relative in the states needed to let me know when they would arrange for the funeral . When I contacted travel house they advice me that once I got a date to let them know . I did this and gave them the dates ..then I had to keep chasing them ..one after the other..useless Service When it got sorted out had to pay a extra £300 to reschedule with them …
