Website Impossible in Cell Phone! The actual storage of the luggage was no problem. Using the website on my iPhone was impossible. The airline had to let me log in in their computer. Why doesn’t knock knock have an app for iPhone?

Would recommend We needed somewhere to store our bags last minute and Knock Knock was quick, easy to use and suited our needs. We also had lots of options in NYC so could choose something convenient for us. Would recommend.

The technology works well We received great service when we left our luggage with Teddy Ballgames at South Station Boston. We felt more than happy with the security and the technology worked really well. it was great to be able to spend an extra day in Boston while waiting for our evening flight.
