This luggage storage service was… This luggage storage service was superb. We stored ours at their location near Penn Station for a few hours and the host was super friendly. Will be using again!

Awesome experience with Knock Knock City Awesome experience, thanks to Knock Knock City I was able to enjoy my last day in Boston without carrying my heavy luggage. Great customer service as well. I definitely recommend using this service !!

REVISED/WARNING REVISED from 1 Star: They refunded me today after I used their chat. I appreciate the prompt customer service. They said that the location I was supposed to store my bags could not scan codes so they entered them manually. I don’t think it should operate that way because people might not notice they were charged if it continues to be done manually. Hopefully it is just a glitch or one time thing. WARNING! I was just charged for a phantom stay a week after I was SUPPOSED to store my luggage. I scheduled a luggage storage in Philadelphia because I had half a day to kill before coworkers arrived. The website clearly states if you don't show up you don't pay. It also states that the way you pay is that when you show up you scan your QR code and then the same when you leave. HOW WAS I CHARGED IF I WASN'T EVEN IN THAT CITY?! Their 24/7 customer service line was not working so I have left a voicemail... I will say that when I did not make it there that day the "Selin" of Knock Knock City emailed me asking what happened. I told him my flight was cancelled... so I know that they know I did not make it and I have proof. If they answer my email and reverse the charge I will revise my review.

Amazing Amazing! We did check out at the hotel at 11am and our fly be at 8 pm this place is great solution for still enjoying NY until last minute, secure and easy to find the store, nice people AAAAAA+++++++++

Knock knock city was a great service to… Knock knock city was a great service to me in my time of need. I found this company to be fast, easy, safe with all the peace of mind! I had a question and called them up. I was shocked to get a one ring pickup and it being one of the cofounders of the company! Great company, I highly recommend and will definitely use again! Hsppy Traveling!! ;)
