The technology works well We received great service when we left our luggage with Teddy Ballgames at South Station Boston. We felt more than happy with the security and the technology worked really well. it was great to be able to spend an extra day in Boston while waiting for our evening flight.

Website Impossible in Cell Phone! The actual storage of the luggage was no problem. Using the website on my iPhone was impossible. The airline had to let me log in in their computer. Why doesn’t knock knock have an app for iPhone?

Airbnb Checkout Lifesaver!!! I was staying at an Airbnb, and our host had new guests coming in that afternoon. Our checkout time was at 12pm, and the new guests were supposed to come in at 3pm. One problem... our flight wasn't until 9pm, and our host said we couldn't leave bags at her place. She suggested that we use Knock Knock to store our bags at a coffee shop down the block. We left our bags there all day, no problem. It was cheap and easy, and we got breakfast and coffee too! The coffee shop owner even gave us a discount for using Knock Knock. Hopefully Knock Knock will be in every city were I Airbnb soon!
