Would have given 'no stars' if this was an option If there was a no star I would have chosen this. They advertise fab deals but when you come to book, those deals are bogus and keep adding costs on. Our booking was messed up, our pre cruise stay in USA has ended up one day less because of their mistake and now its been a nightmare to sort out. The customer service is dreadful, you cant speak to anyone if you are unhappy and they don't reply to emails. Contacted Citizens Advice who have suggested I complain to ABTA which I am planning. Cant trust the holiday will be without issues and too much money to chance it!

Cancelled cruise0 I had cruise to the Middle East for the 25th March which was cancelled first by msc and then by emirates I was never told by Getacruise it was cancelled and only found out by googleI have heard nothing from the agent since I had the tickets the beginning of March.I have tried to contact them but have been told the have closed so have referred it to abta.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. They forgot to ask us for the balance of the cost, and are never available on the phone. Having finally received the E-ticket, they have booked our return flight for five hours BEFORE we are allowed to disembark! A true shambles with no one to speak to! We will never use them again.......
