Would have given 'no stars' if this was an option If there was a no star I would have chosen this. They advertise fab deals but when you come to book, those deals are bogus and keep adding costs on. Our booking was messed up, our pre cruise stay in USA has ended up one day less because of their mistake and now its been a nightmare to sort out. The customer service is dreadful, you cant speak to anyone if you are unhappy and they don't reply to emails. Contacted Citizens Advice who have suggested I complain to ABTA which I am planning. Cant trust the holiday will be without issues and too much money to chance it!

Karl was very efficient and very quick… Karl was very efficient and very quick to check dates on the phone .. he checked a few cruises for us as we can only travel on certain dates .. very nice guy
