Our card didn't go through the first time and they called several times after that to make sure our reservation did not get cancelled and allowed us to call our bank and fix it. Jack Lewis was in touch with us to make sure everything was set before the flight! Highly recommend! :)

ALERT ALERT! This is the horrible flight agency. PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK your flight with this. They're cheater and lier. They ask you at the beginning to leave a good comment for them, so they give you a good price. Then they change your flight and time to give you a cheaper flight without notify you. They are THE WORST flight agency. They don't answer the phone once your flight is booked and they changed it.

Bait and switch scheme - not cheap Booked a flight and was told it was confirmed, but then they sent nothing more. I called and they said it would be 2-3h. Nothing came. Called again and they claimed they tried to contact me on phone and email - clearly lies. They didn't have the fare - it was a bait and switch to get me to pay a higher fare.
