Bait and switch scheme - not cheap Booked a flight and was told it was confirmed, but then they sent nothing more. I called and they said it would be 2-3h. Nothing came. Called again and they claimed they tried to contact me on phone and email - clearly lies. They didn't have the fare - it was a bait and switch to get me to pay a higher fare.

Our card didn't go through the first time and they called several times after that to make sure our reservation did not get cancelled and allowed us to call our bank and fix it. Cancelled flights - 6 months after still no refund I bought 6 tickets in May 2023 for a trip in December 2023. Delta cancelled the flight. No one ever informed me. I realised it was cancelled in November because I could not see my flight on Delta's application. Called Flights Channel for a refund right away. They said I should get it in January 2024. Did not get it. As of today, still have not got my refund.
