Great custummer service… This is the first time i use this service, and i was worry at the beining. However the great custumer service they have make me been more confident.

Cancelled flights - 6 months after still no refund I bought 6 tickets in May 2023 for a trip in December 2023. Delta cancelled the flight. No one ever informed me. I realised it was cancelled in November because I could not see my flight on Delta's application. Called Flights Channel for a refund right away. They said I should get it in January 2024. Did not get it. As of today, still have not got my refund.

WOULD USE THIS BOOKING SITE AGAIN !! It was swift and easy to book the flight. Jack Lewis was wonderful in offering us an upgrade which is great since we are travelling with a baby so it will add to all of our comfort levels.

Don't buy from Flight Channel Don't buy from Flight Channel, it's a scam!!! We bought flights through Flight Channel in October 2023. The flight was canceled by Flight Channel because it's a scam they say the airline canceled it, but it's not true because we checked Today, April 2024, we still HAVEN´T received the refund! They make you leave a positive review here on Trustpilot so that, according to them, you'll get better seats!

Great online travel agency I'm glad I purchased my flight with this online travel agency, communication was great and Patrick Wilson was very helpful. Flights are cheaper with Flights Channel, rather than other travel agencies.
