CAChanging Flights Airline changed my flight and I found it by chance. After contacting Flights Channel, the rep insisted I speak to airline, when airline insisted I speak with Broker (Flight Channel). After escalating to a supervisor Patrick was very helpful and arranged alternative flights and called back to confirm.

GBBait and switch scheme - not cheap Booked a flight and was told it was confirmed, but then they sent nothing more. I called and they said it would be 2-3h. Nothing came. Called again and they claimed they tried to contact me on phone and email - clearly lies. They didn't have the fare - it was a bait and switch to get me to pay a higher fare.
