A group of 6 booked airfare through… A group of 6 booked airfare through Travelo1 and the booking we first booked was not a go for us we all couldn’t get on that flight within minutes I got a phone call from a agent named Roman and he was AWESOME he explained everything to me worked with me and kept in contact with me the whole day until we got everything done and fixed and everybody in the group tickets was booked it was so confusing to me but he made it so easy and so took all the stress away so now we all are on the same flight and at a very great price !!! Thanks Ashley and Mike! This experience was crazy! We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done.
