GBAll of the positive reviews posted here… All of the positive reviews posted here are submitted by the company. These guys are a complete scam and fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! You will get ripped off. Tried to book a flight to Seattle through this agency, they charged my credit card for nearly double what they quoted and I never even got a confirmation number. I called the airline and I was not booked on the flight. I did not make the trip I had planned, but got charged nearly $2000 by this scam company. I repeat, if you don't want to get ripped off, don't even think about using this company. Book your flight directly with the airline.

GBThank you James Montana!! I am traveling with my family to support our daughter on her Robotics competition. Since it’s the Worlds Championship, airfare has skyrocketed. James Montana, from Travel01, was tremendously helpful in making our travels happen! Not just in finding the best airfare deal but in making sure that our family sat together! I am beyond grateful for all his help. He was very understanding of our situation and he made me feel like a “cared for” customer and not just another number on the other line! Kudos to James! GBI disliked the fact that I have to call… I disliked the fact that I have to call several times to get my problem resolved. I has to speak to several different representatives. The first person I that helped me was not at all helpful. I ended up paying more money for my ticket to make a change.

GBCustomer service is A1 ask for Derrick. Derrick was a massive help. I made a mistake and buy a one way airline ticket that does not allow me to travel with luggage. Derrick called me right away and explained to me the traveling restrictions. He was very helpful he steer me through the whole process and was able to get me round trip at a great price in JULY!
