A group of 6 booked airfare through… A group of 6 booked airfare through Travelo1 and the booking we first booked was not a go for us we all couldn’t get on that flight within minutes I got a phone call from a agent named Roman and he was AWESOME he explained everything to me worked with me and kept in contact with me the whole day until we got everything done and fixed and everybody in the group tickets was booked it was so confusing to me but he made it so easy and so took all the stress away so now we all are on the same flight and at a very great price !!! Customer service is A1 ask for Derrick. Derrick was a massive help. I made a mistake and buy a one way airline ticket that does not allow me to travel with luggage. Derrick called me right away and explained to me the traveling restrictions. He was very helpful he steer me through the whole process and was able to get me round trip at a great price in JULY!

Booked tickets Booked tickets, called back and tried to change routing and time. Two days later they called back offering a better deal on original flights. Placed order. Five days later still no tickets. Said airlines cancelled my reservation. Fortunately, my card was not charged. Just wasted five days trying to book 3 tickets.
