We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done. This is after we started off with Ashley. It was time for her to get off , she assured us that he would take care of us and he did!! Overwhelming help by Steve. The agent Steve who handled my phone was able to help me above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a later than 6am flight and was willing to pay a fee. Not only Steve accepted to reduce my fee by $50 by putting me on a direct flight to go, but he put me on a direct flight fir the return without me asking and without any extra fees. Steve showed himself to be very professional, knowledgeable about his job, respectful with me as a customer and very generous. I would like to recommend him and work with him in the future.

You will get ripped off. Tried to book a flight to Seattle through this agency, they charged my credit card for nearly double what they quoted and I never even got a confirmation number. I called the airline and I was not booked on the flight. I did not make the trip I had planned, but got charged nearly $2000 by this scam company. I repeat, if you don't want to get ripped off, don't even think about using this company. Book your flight directly with the airline.
