GBWorse booking agency We booked with you guys in February for April 25-28 NY to DR. My cousin called you guys last week because we didn’t get a confirmation email from American Airlines yet. After he got off the confirmation came after. We didn’t pay attention to the date switch from April 25 to April 24. So yesterday as we trying to check in we found out that we missed a flight that we knew nothing about. Then y’all credited us our whole flight back. Being yall know yall was in the wrong the credit was 728 each for a 505 ticket.

GBBooked tickets Booked tickets, called back and tried to change routing and time. Two days later they called back offering a better deal on original flights. Placed order. Five days later still no tickets. Said airlines cancelled my reservation. Fortunately, my card was not charged. Just wasted five days trying to book 3 tickets.

GBOverwhelming help by Steve. The agent Steve who handled my phone was able to help me above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a later than 6am flight and was willing to pay a fee. Not only Steve accepted to reduce my fee by $50 by putting me on a direct flight to go, but he put me on a direct flight fir the return without me asking and without any extra fees. Steve showed himself to be very professional, knowledgeable about his job, respectful with me as a customer and very generous. I would like to recommend him and work with him in the future.
