GBWorse booking agency We booked with you guys in February for April 25-28 NY to DR. My cousin called you guys last week because we didn’t get a confirmation email from American Airlines yet. After he got off the confirmation came after. We didn’t pay attention to the date switch from April 25 to April 24. So yesterday as we trying to check in we found out that we missed a flight that we knew nothing about. Then y’all credited us our whole flight back. Being yall know yall was in the wrong the credit was 728 each for a 505 ticket.

GBA group of 6 booked airfare through… A group of 6 booked airfare through Travelo1 and the booking we first booked was not a go for us we all couldn’t get on that flight within minutes I got a phone call from a agent named Roman and he was AWESOME he explained everything to me worked with me and kept in contact with me the whole day until we got everything done and fixed and everybody in the group tickets was booked it was so confusing to me but he made it so easy and so took all the stress away so now we all are on the same flight and at a very great price !!! GBCustomer service is A1 ask for Derrick. Derrick was a massive help. I made a mistake and buy a one way airline ticket that does not allow me to travel with luggage. Derrick called me right away and explained to me the traveling restrictions. He was very helpful he steer me through the whole process and was able to get me round trip at a great price in JULY!
