Zack is an absolute amazing flight… Zack is an absolute amazing flight agent. He assist me with booking flights for my daughter and I to Jamaica. And he also arranged my husband first flight coming to the states with us when we return. Zack is very patient and has exceptional customer service skill!!! Thank you for everything "Z"!!

All of the positive reviews posted here… All of the positive reviews posted here are submitted by the company. These guys are a complete scam and fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! You will get ripped off. Tried to book a flight to Seattle through this agency, they charged my credit card for nearly double what they quoted and I never even got a confirmation number. I called the airline and I was not booked on the flight. I did not make the trip I had planned, but got charged nearly $2000 by this scam company. I repeat, if you don't want to get ripped off, don't even think about using this company. Book your flight directly with the airline.

Thanks Ashley and Mike! This experience was crazy! We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done. This is after we started off with Ashley. It was time for her to get off , she assured us that he would take care of us and he did!! She even called the next morning to make sure, Mike , Ashley, y’all are just awesome!!! Thanks so very much!!!

Booked tickets Booked tickets, called back and tried to change routing and time. Two days later they called back offering a better deal on original flights. Placed order. Five days later still no tickets. Said airlines cancelled my reservation. Fortunately, my card was not charged. Just wasted five days trying to book 3 tickets.
