Thank you James Montana!! I am traveling with my family to support our daughter on her Robotics competition. Since it’s the Worlds Championship, airfare has skyrocketed. James Montana, from Travel01, was tremendously helpful in making our travels happen! Not just in finding the best airfare deal but in making sure that our family sat together! I am beyond grateful for all his help. He was very understanding of our situation and he made me feel like a “cared for” customer and not just another number on the other line! Kudos to James! Overwhelming help by Steve. The agent Steve who handled my phone was able to help me above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a later than 6am flight and was willing to pay a fee. Not only Steve accepted to reduce my fee by $50 by putting me on a direct flight to go, but he put me on a direct flight fir the return without me asking and without any extra fees. Steve showed himself to be very professional, knowledgeable about his job, respectful with me as a customer and very generous. I would like to recommend him and work with him in the future.

Worse booking agency We booked with you guys in February for April 25-28 NY to DR. My cousin called you guys last week because we didn’t get a confirmation email from American Airlines yet. After he got off the confirmation came after. We didn’t pay attention to the date switch from April 25 to April 24. So yesterday as we trying to check in we found out that we missed a flight that we knew nothing about. Then y’all credited us our whole flight back. Being yall know yall was in the wrong the credit was 728 each for a 505 ticket.

Thanks Ashley and Mike! This experience was crazy! We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done. This is after we started off with Ashley. It was time for her to get off , she assured us that he would take care of us and he did!!
