Overwhelming help by Steve. The agent Steve who handled my phone was able to help me above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a later than 6am flight and was willing to pay a fee. Not only Steve accepted to reduce my fee by $50 by putting me on a direct flight to go, but he put me on a direct flight fir the return without me asking and without any extra fees.
