Thank you James Montana!! I am traveling with my family to support our daughter on her Robotics competition. Since it’s the Worlds Championship, airfare has skyrocketed. James Montana, from Travel01, was tremendously helpful in making our travels happen! Not just in finding the best airfare deal but in making sure that our family sat together! I am beyond grateful for all his help. He was very understanding of our situation and he made me feel like a “cared for” customer and not just another number on the other line! Kudos to James! A group of 6 booked airfare through… A group of 6 booked airfare through Travelo1 and the booking we first booked was not a go for us we all couldn’t get on that flight within minutes I got a phone call from a agent named Roman and he was AWESOME he explained everything to me worked with me and kept in contact with me the whole day until we got everything done and fixed and everybody in the group tickets was booked it was so confusing to me but he made it so easy and so took all the stress away so now we all are on the same flight and at a very great price !!! If you every need somebody to book your airfare give Roman a call you wont regret it so friendly and helpful!!!!

I disliked the fact that I have to call… I disliked the fact that I have to call several times to get my problem resolved. I has to speak to several different representatives. The first person I that helped me was not at all helpful. I ended up paying more money for my ticket to make a change.

Booking with Mike Mike was the original contact. He did a professional job handling my booking. There was a great deal of confusion on my part, traced back to the website, he and his supervisor were patient and professional through.

Booked tickets Booked tickets, called back and tried to change routing and time. Two days later they called back offering a better deal on original flights. Placed order. Five days later still no tickets. Said airlines cancelled my reservation. Fortunately, my card was not charged. Just wasted five days trying to book 3 tickets.
