A group of 6 booked airfare through… A group of 6 booked airfare through Travelo1 and the booking we first booked was not a go for us we all couldn’t get on that flight within minutes I got a phone call from a agent named Roman and he was AWESOME he explained everything to me worked with me and kept in contact with me the whole day until we got everything done and fixed and everybody in the group tickets was booked it was so confusing to me but he made it so easy and so took all the stress away so now we all are on the same flight and at a very great price !!! Overwhelming help by Steve. The agent Steve who handled my phone was able to help me above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a later than 6am flight and was willing to pay a fee. Not only Steve accepted to reduce my fee by $50 by putting me on a direct flight to go, but he put me on a direct flight fir the return without me asking and without any extra fees.
