Thanks Ashley and Mike! This experience was crazy! We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done. This is after we started off with Ashley. It was time for her to get off , she assured us that he would take care of us and he did!! Derrick was very helpful Derrick was very helpful. I made reservation online. he called me directly to make sure I understood the fares I picked, basically going on standby. He helped pick fares to assure, that we get to our destination. thumbs up!!

Booked tickets Booked tickets, called back and tried to change routing and time. Two days later they called back offering a better deal on original flights. Placed order. Five days later still no tickets. Said airlines cancelled my reservation. Fortunately, my card was not charged. Just wasted five days trying to book 3 tickets.
