Thanks Ashley and Mike! This experience was crazy! We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done. This is after we started off with Ashley. It was time for her to get off , she assured us that he would take care of us and he did!! Booking with Mike Mike was the original contact. He did a professional job handling my booking. There was a great deal of confusion on my part, traced back to the website, he and his supervisor were patient and professional through.

Booked tickets Booked tickets, called back and tried to change routing and time. Two days later they called back offering a better deal on original flights. Placed order. Five days later still no tickets. Said airlines cancelled my reservation. Fortunately, my card was not charged. Just wasted five days trying to book 3 tickets.
