GBCustomer service is A1 ask for Derrick. Derrick was a massive help. I made a mistake and buy a one way airline ticket that does not allow me to travel with luggage. Derrick called me right away and explained to me the traveling restrictions. He was very helpful he steer me through the whole process and was able to get me round trip at a great price in JULY!

GBI disliked the fact that I have to call… I disliked the fact that I have to call several times to get my problem resolved. I has to speak to several different representatives. The first person I that helped me was not at all helpful. I ended up paying more money for my ticket to make a change.

GBThanks Ashley and Mike! This experience was crazy! We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done. This is after we started off with Ashley. It was time for her to get off , she assured us that he would take care of us and he did!! She even called the next morning to make sure, Mike , Ashley, y’all are just awesome!!! Thanks so very much!!!
