Not only Steve accepted to reduce my fee by $50 by putting me on a direct flight to go, but he put me on a direct flight fir the return without me asking and without any extra fees. Steve showed himself to be very professional, knowledgeable about his job, respectful with me as a customer and very generous. I would like to recommend him and work with him in the future.

GBA group of 6 booked airfare through… A group of 6 booked airfare through Travelo1 and the booking we first booked was not a go for us we all couldn’t get on that flight within minutes I got a phone call from a agent named Roman and he was AWESOME he explained everything to me worked with me and kept in contact with me the whole day until we got everything done and fixed and everybody in the group tickets was booked it was so confusing to me but he made it so easy and so took all the stress away so now we all are on the same flight and at a very great price !!! Derrick called me right away and explained to me the traveling restrictions. He was very helpful he steer me through the whole process and was able to get me round trip at a great price in JULY!
