We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done. GBWorse booking agency We booked with you guys in February for April 25-28 NY to DR. My cousin called you guys last week because we didn’t get a confirmation email from American Airlines yet. After he got off the confirmation came after. We didn’t pay attention to the date switch from April 25 to April 24. So yesterday as we trying to check in we found out that we missed a flight that we knew nothing about. Then y’all credited us our whole flight back. Being yall know yall was in the wrong the credit was 728 each for a 505 ticket.
