GBI disliked the fact that I have to call… I disliked the fact that I have to call several times to get my problem resolved. I has to speak to several different representatives. The first person I that helped me was not at all helpful. I ended up paying more money for my ticket to make a change.

GBThanks Ashley and Mike! This experience was crazy! We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done. This is after we started off with Ashley. It was time for her to get off , she assured us that he would take care of us and he did!!
