Amazingly Outstanding Customer Service, An Angel Indeed I was looking for a reasonably price airfare to San Francisco and I'm searching for 2 days until this lady by the name of EMMA come to rescue me. I'm skeptical at first because I was hacked before and doubted the airfare she's giving me. The costs is incredibly reasonable considering the duration and time slot I provided to her. She's courteous, friendly, and ready to answer all my questions. For future travel preference, I'll ask for fares first with this website before searching for other websites. This was my first time using IQ Fares This was my first time using IQ Fares. I did a quick search to find reviews about this particular website. I did not see anything disconcerting and decided to purchase the ticket. My ticket was $300 less than the published prices on the major airline's website. Once my reservation was ticketed and I could confirm my reservation on the airline's website, I decided to write the review. My flight is not until July, but it seems I have saved $300! This is quite amazing.

Apprehensive and Last Minute Shopping Actually Yields Satisfied Customers I was a little apprehensive about using this company, especially when it came time to disclose my card information and the Rep Bella advised she would need to call me back after processing everything. However, Bella provided wonderful customer service, even staying beyond her shift to assist me. Although a little difficult to understand at times, she was very professional. I have saved her contact info-both phone/extension & email :) so I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I am so disappointed in IQ fares I am so disappointed in IQ fares. I booked my flight to Europe several months ago and then I received an email in december with flight changes that give me a layover of 10+ hours in Dallas and an arrival in Scotland in the evening instead of the morning. When I ask to get it changed to an easier layover all the airlines and IQ fares said they couldn't help me and its was not their problem. It sucks that there is no one who will take some responsibility for this. I am not going to use these folks again. Every time i contacted someone through IQ they were in another country, not even here in the US and they just fed me the party line that there was nothing they could do unless I was willing to pay $200 to change my flights. I did not change my flights, they did and now I am stuck with these new flights.
