I recently had the misfortune of using… I recently had the misfortune of using BusinessTravel365 for my travel needs and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Their service is absolutely awful and I would strongly advise anyone against going anywhere near them. First of all, the agency was completely unresponsive to my requests. I had to constantly follow up with them for information and they seemed disinterested in helping me. This should have been a red flag for me, but unfortunately I trusted them to handle my travel arrangements. To make matters worse, they actually charged my card for services that were never provided. I reached out to them multiple times to try and rectify this issue, but they never bothered to respond or even attempt to refund me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and it is clear that BusinessTravel365 does not prioritize their clients' satisfaction. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with this agency. If you value your time, money, and overall sanity, please stay far away from BusinessTravel365. There are plenty of reputable travel agencies out there that will actually take care of their clients and provide excellent service. Don't make the same mistake I did and avoid BusinessTravel365 at all costs. Trust me, you do not want to miss your flight because of their incompetence.

In less than two hours we received his response. We emailed several times with additional questions/concerns and received answers within the same timeframe or quicker. Pricing was 10%+ better than his competitors. And, WHAT TO TRULY NOT FORGET, THIS WAS A SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING. Yanis' work ethic is textbook. .Call Yanis. Chris Nyberg was extremely… Chris Nyberg was extremely knowledgeable about flight options for a rather complex, multi-city trip. He was very patient and cordial, and he found an excellent itinerary at a cost lower than anything we had seen ourselves. We have not yet taken the trip, but we look forward to it, and to working with Chris in the future.
