Would I get good business class seats on convenient flights? Would there be no hitches? The answer to all is absolutely yes. Booking was easy, I got great seats on direct flights to and from London, and I saved thousands of dollars on the fare. No hiccups whatsoever. Will definitely use for international travel from now on. Highly recommend.

In less than two hours we received his response. We emailed several times with additional questions/concerns and received answers within the same timeframe or quicker.
