Trustworthy I have used Book2park many times and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and courteous and always willing to help you have the best experience possible when booking and leaving your car at a designated hotel. Difficult reservation process I made a reservation online and received a printable receipt and two email receipts. All of them had different dates for arrival and departure and all of them were wrong. I called the phone number and was able to speak to someone, but she spoke limited English and the connection was poor and unprofessional. She called me back and told me that I would need to pay $38 more. This is much higher than the rate that I initially booked. This company seems like a scam.

GREAT experience with long term parking Made a 20 day parking reservation in Dec 2021. This was our first time using Book2park and boy! am I glad we did!!!The reservation process was quick and effortless. Cost was fair. Travel day came and went without a hitch. Lots of open parking. The location of the hotel was just right. Hotel offered a shuttle to and from the airport. All around positive experience. Will definitely use again someday.
