GBTrustworthy I have used Book2park many times and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and courteous and always willing to help you have the best experience possible when booking and leaving your car at a designated hotel. I will continue to use Book2park and would never use anyone else. Thank You for your service.

GBWaste of money, time and 3rd party more expensive Unacceptable, and neglected to mention the parking lot would only accept cash upon arrival check in. I was therefore late and could not pay for the remainder of the balance because I was using a work credit card. In addition, the lot was cheaper if you went directly through their prebooking site. Not only was I late for my flight, but it was a horrible start to the trip.

CAWould not recommend... I booked to park my car near Montreal airport. The booking indicated that a 24/7 shuttle would be available. I arrived at the hotel, paid the remaining balance on my booking, and was then informed that there was no shuttle. I shot an email to book2park, they replied that they would cover my UBER fees. I returned from my trip, and submitted both UBER receipts. Book2park then broke their promise to refund the transportation fees, and solely refunded me the deposit I paid to their site. I am out 30 bucks. I will not use nor recommend book2park.

GBMy experience was superb My experience was superb! I've never had such an easy long term parking experience at BWI. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. There was only one person at the lobby desk and he was overwhelmed but WONDERFUL.

GBBook2park + Uber = perfect long term airport parking Parking at Dulles International airport for more then 2 weeks at a time couldn't be more convenient then using Book2park and Uber. Although the satellite hotel offers shuttle service Uber is fast and convenient. With the savings in per day parking fees, the added expense of Uber is still less then parking at longterm parking. Plus, if there is inclement weather, you are hungry or need to use a restroom the full service hotel is where your car is parked- not a cold dark empty parking lot. I like my 10 year old euro sports coupe a lot but with its "17 onboard computers" I'm always a little nervous whether I'll need a jump start or a tire change when I get back. This hasn't happened but if I have to wait for AAA, I'd rather wait at the hotel bar then the airport parking lot, just saying...
