Better Service than Airport-operated Lots I've been using Book2Park for airport parking at Philadelphia and Baltimore for several years, and will continue doing so. The parking lots are always excellent, and usually the shuttles are quick and reliable. I've learned that it's best to choose lots with scheduled, 24 hour shuttle service, but have never had a problem even with non-scheduled service. Especially good about Book2Park is that there are no hidden fees/cost surprises.

Difficult reservation process I made a reservation online and received a printable receipt and two email receipts. All of them had different dates for arrival and departure and all of them were wrong. I called the phone number and was able to speak to someone, but she spoke limited English and the connection was poor and unprofessional. She called me back and told me that I would need to pay $38 more. This is much higher than the rate that I initially booked. This company seems like a scam.

My experience was superb My experience was superb! I've never had such an easy long term parking experience at BWI. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. There was only one person at the lobby desk and he was overwhelmed but WONDERFUL.

Friendly drivers who do a great job. Great drivers but management wants to pack as many people into the van as possible which means that people who get there on time are waiting long periods so that late arrivals can board the van. We were very close to missing our plane because of the delay waiting for new arrivals to get out of their cars, register, transfer luggage etc. All the while, we were in a hot van that had a nearly to full load.
