Great Customer Service.... Emily and her assistants at VI Sailing went above and beyond for us. They made sure that we had a wonderful, to say the least, experience on our charter vacation in the BVI's in February 2017. From helping us pick the yacht and crew, to making sure we were well informed along the way, it was a great experience. The bottle of champagne waiting for us was also appreciated! We (three couples) had been on a previous charter without booking through VI Sailing, and believe me, we will never do that again !

As Planned - Perfection From the ease of the website to the ease in communications, our experience was wonderful. Emily helped us choose a yacht and crew based on our budget and desires. She kept us informed at all times. The trip planner was very thorough and didn't skip anything. The travel guide and supplies they provide was an extra unanticipated surprise. Everything went off without a hitch. Our yacht cook had a medical issue just prior to our trip and they sent in a very qualified replacement. We could not have asked for a better experience! Very grateful for wonderful service! Emily and her team provided amazing service. She helped us book a charter in 2015 which sadly fell through due to a health issue with the captain, but was right there to help us book another charter in 2016. She connected us with a great boat and crew, facilitated all the details, and even helped us rent extra SUPs and had them delivered to the boat. Overall, a very personal and thorough service. Highly recommended!

Island R&R, a fantastic week! Thank you Matt and Casey! As first time catamaran vacationers our expectations were high for a week sailing around the BVI...our seven days were everything we had hoped for and dreamed about! Matt took us to quiet bays for snorkeling, swimming and paddle boarding, which suited us perfectly. We enjoyed hearing a little bit about each island we passed, about the huge sail boats racing close to us and recommendations of which bars or restaurants were worth a visit:). The experience of actually sailing was wonderful! Casey was an absolute marvel in the galley, calmly and happily producing beautifully plated delicious meals and drinks:)! Thank you for a wonderful week Matt and Casey!

Best charter experience! Tops! Awesome! The best! A great, well maintained and very comfortable sailboat. Lots of water toys on board that are also very well maintained. The captain, Mathias is wonderful. He is very nice and very experienced. His mate, Amber, is also a licensed captain, which is important in case something happens on the boat. AND, Amber is the most amazing cook and host. Her meals are incredible! We were so well cared for. Loved every minute!
