GBA Most Worthwhile trip Our Living Passages trip to the Grand Canyon was wonderful and memorable. Russ did a fantastic job explaining how we may have confidence in the Bible's explanation of a 6-day creation. Rhonda was great at helping us get to know fellow travelers in a deeper way. The accommodations and food were great. Our bus driver was friendly and professional. We went on hikes and met and made wonderful friends.

GBGreat people Great people, good accommodations, excellent teaching, right pace. I'm not fond of riding on buses, but it did give me a chance to have some great conversations and make friends with some wonderful people. The food was okay, but then I'm picky because I'm from a place where there are a lot of great restaurants.

GBDisappointed I reserved a trip then cancelled 2-3 weeks later. Living Passages kept $190 of my money as an "administrative fee", saying it was so many days away from the departure. I asked for an exception since I cancelled so quickly. I was denied.

GBGreat trip Great trip - I enjoyed having the three meals a day and not having to find a place to eat for lunch. It was nice being able to sit with different travelers at a peaceful lunch each time getting to know them better. I did miss having time to get a postcard or two at a lot of the stops. I think I have some nice photos. I was delighted that I had a great roommate and didn't have to pay the single supplement.

GBOur African safari was the first time⦠Our African safari was the first time Rhonda had ever taken a group to Africa. We learned that "Westerners have watches, Africans have time." Not every activity planned, occurred on time or as planned. But, I feel, that Rhonda tried to accommodate as many of the group's (41 in all) particular wishes as possible. I do think some information should be communicated up front regarding the differing room accommodations, and discounted differential computed for those willing to bunk in the outskirts of camp. The meals were phenomenal as we had a master chef of native game preparing every delicacy. (Lodge should invest in a large coffee pot, though, for availability of fresh coffee rather than instant.) The weather was perfect and we were adequately advised to pack accordingly. Also helpful tips were communicated regarding options to do during layover in England. All in all, I think Rhonda did a fabulous job coordinating all the activities and keeping us informed of changes as they came up in itinerary.
