E Tickets I do not understand why I had to be on the phone with customer service to write my review and why did it feel like I had too I did get good and friendly service just them on the phone waiting for my review was kind of uncomfortable.

Ammy was very helpful Ammy was very helpful. Called yesterday night and it was getting late. I could not wait on the phone any longer but did a good job by working case and issue my ticket by sending it and calling as well to make sure everything is correct.
