Bait and switch!! What I don’t like is that I bought a ticket for $254 and then I get a phone call from one of your sales people telling me that there are no seats available on that flight for that price. So now I’m going to have to pay an extra $93 each way in order to get the exact same seat on the exact same flight. Your sales person was taught well. She knew exactly what to say and how to say it. Oh and I did not get a voucher of $199 to use on future flights 😟

This company is a nightmare This company is a nightmare to work with. They never call you back when they say. They didn't know Korean Airlines didn't take Discover card and after many phone calls to them and Discover only then did I figure it out for them. Then to top it all off they spelled my wife's name wrong on her international flight tickets. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

E Tickets I do not understand why I had to be on the phone with customer service to write my review and why did it feel like I had too I did get good and friendly service just them on the phone waiting for my review was kind of uncomfortable.
