There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. Absolutely under ANY circumstance DO… Absolutely under ANY circumstance DO NOT USE KAYAK CHAT DEAL to book your flights!!! They will not let you cancel within 24 hours. They will charge exorbitant unauthorized fees with no disclosure or explanation. They are happy to HARASS you by sending you multiple email and phone calls a day but they will ghost and be unreachable as soon as you call them back. They are con artists and dishonest. I regret my choice to use them so much and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE make this mistake again. You will absolutely regret your choice.
