GBtravel booking service For a travel service, it is meh. I love the deal I got through them but they require a confirmation before even booking. The person who contacted me didn't speak english well. Honestly, should've cancelled than. They than split my family booking up without explanation, which makes any issues harder to handle. Because when they split up the booking, the DOB and citizenship was all wacky. Thanks to SHANIA in customer service who got it all sorted out for me! You rock and deserve 10 stars!

GBIris was incredibly helpful and helped… Iris was incredibly helpful and helped me find the best deal for me! She was attentive, kind, and made me comfortable. I don't usually trust online messaging chats but she immediately gained my trust. She deserves a promotion! Go off Iris!!!!!

GBChatdeal successfully resolved flight problem I had a problem with the airline canceling one leg of an international family trip, and I was very concerned that Chatdeal would not handle it well based on some of the negative reviews I had read online. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how they handled it. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted out, and they were difficult to reach in person, but they came through with confirmed new flights that work for us without any incremental cost.

ESIncompetent or worse? My wife stood at the airport checkin in Miami last night for a confirmed booking through kayak/chatdeal. Kayak said after payment that the reservation would be handled by chatdeal. She did receive exactly one whatsapp message saying the flight was successfully confirmed, but nothing else. When she rechecked the url because the airline did not have a reservation for her, the page content had changed to "cancelled" with a message to contact a phone number with the booking ID. When she called the given service number, they told her that they did not know anything about her booking code. The credit card payment for the everything but cheap transatlantic flight from Miami to Barcelona still shows as "Authorized - Chatdeal via Kayak" in my bank account, blocking the card from making a different booking. It is clear that no one was prepared to assume the responsibility for this situation. When this can happen with a flight reservation they do without any chance of an alternative flight or recompensation, the whole business model of travel agency / flight portal becomes worthless. Update: They now fully charged my credit card for the cancelled reservation. I´ll handle this as fraud.
