Frustration Led Me to Celia and Kayak...Thank Goodness! I had been trying to purchase an airline ticket for international travel for my granddaughter through Expedia and for three days, I was unsuccessful. Her/His name was Diamond. The person was patient, persistent, empathetic, and willing to walk through all my queries and clarifications.
