Frustration Led Me to Celia and Kayak...Thank Goodness! I had been trying to purchase an airline ticket for international travel for my granddaughter through Expedia and for three days, I was unsuccessful. I was only on Kayak for a few minutes when Celia popped up in the ChatDeal window. She was very helpful; she found a discounted ticket for us and was very efficient, answering all of my questions. There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies.
