There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. A suprisingly productive and pleasant experienece I don't normally write reviews. I got into Chatdeal through a search on Kayak. I got the best possible agent to help me out. Her/His name was Diamond. The person was patient, persistent, empathetic, and willing to walk through all my queries and clarifications. We worked through various combnations and possibilities over 4 hours!! This is an unusually high level fo prefessionalism and competence, and it definitely builds confidence in start-up travel comanies. Bravo Chatdeal! And bravo to Diamond

Greg was super helpful! Greg was amazing and super helful. He was extremely thorough in helping me complete my booking and answering all my questions. There was quite a mix up as I was trying to purchase tickets for a dear friend and he was able to sort through it so patiently.
