Quite frankly, I was skeptical to start with but Raavi's prompt in the chat window made it so comfortable. She was handholding the booking right from the start and, most importantly, stayed till the booking was confirmed. She responded to all the questions very earnestly thwarting my skepticism all along the way to final booking. Impressed!

This company is just a scam This company is just a scam! They were showing the price in EUR and then charged me in USD without prior notice nor my consent. I ended up paying more for this ticket because of that false information and the company rejects to refund me this price difference and extra charges. Will never use it again.

travel booking service For a travel service, it is meh. I love the deal I got through them but they require a confirmation before even booking. The person who contacted me didn't speak english well. Honestly, should've cancelled than. They than split my family booking up without explanation, which makes any issues harder to handle. Because when they split up the booking, the DOB and citizenship was all wacky. Thanks to SHANIA in customer service who got it all sorted out for me! You rock and deserve 10 stars!
