Frustration Led Me to Celia and Kayak...Thank Goodness! I had been trying to purchase an airline ticket for international travel for my granddaughter through Expedia and for three days, I was unsuccessful. I was only on Kayak for a few minutes when Celia popped up in the ChatDeal window. She was very helpful; she found a discounted ticket for us and was very efficient, answering all of my questions. Tyson is a great agent! Tyson was helpful, honest, and kind. He helped me book the same flights I had been trying to buy through Expedia (to no avail) since yesterday. There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. Good travel agents are good at dealing with this market and finding flights for their customers. Tyson is a great agent. Thanks, Tyson!

Scam company Scam company: Wish I had read the review before making a booking. I bought ticket for return flight from England to Pakistan via Doha. I received email a day before may return flight to MAN about certain schedule change and I found out that my booking on first flight from Pak to DOH was cancelled by the ChatDeal, though it was operating normally. I had contacted airline who had advised to contact the travel agents directly for re-booking and refund. However, ChatDeal was unable to give any explanation to what had happened to booking and used lame excuses. I had to buy new ticket for that flight. It's been over three weeks and yet they haven't refunded me the amount for cancelled flight. They have now stopped responding to my emails. AVOID this scam company.

Agent Raavi's handholding all thru booking on chat! I was thoroughly impressed with the ease with which I was able to book with Chatdeals. Quite frankly, I was skeptical to start with but Raavi's prompt in the chat window made it so comfortable. She was handholding the booking right from the start and, most importantly, stayed till the booking was confirmed. She responded to all the questions very earnestly thwarting my skepticism all along the way to final booking. Impressed!
