There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. Greg was super helpful! Greg was amazing and super helful. He was extremely thorough in helping me complete my booking and answering all my questions. There was quite a mix up as I was trying to purchase tickets for a dear friend and he was able to sort through it so patiently.

Frustration Led Me to Celia and Kayak...Thank Goodness! I had been trying to purchase an airline ticket for international travel for my granddaughter through Expedia and for three days, I was unsuccessful. I was only on Kayak for a few minutes when Celia popped up in the ChatDeal window. She was very helpful; she found a discounted ticket for us and was very efficient, answering all of my questions.
