Chatdeal successfully resolved flight problem I had a problem with the airline canceling one leg of an international family trip, and I was very concerned that Chatdeal would not handle it well based on some of the negative reviews I had read online. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how they handled it. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted out, and they were difficult to reach in person, but they came through with confirmed new flights that work for us without any incremental cost.

She was handholding the booking right from the start and, most importantly, stayed till the booking was confirmed. This company is just a scam This company is just a scam! They were showing the price in EUR and then charged me in USD without prior notice nor my consent. I ended up paying more for this ticket because of that false information and the company rejects to refund me this price difference and extra charges. Will never use it again.
