They will charge exorbitant unauthorized fees with no disclosure or explanation. They are happy to HARASS you by sending you multiple email and phone calls a day but they will ghost and be unreachable as soon as you call them back. They are con artists and dishonest. I regret my choice to use them so much and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE make this mistake again. You will absolutely regret your choice.

Frustration Led Me to Celia and Kayak...Thank Goodness! I had been trying to purchase an airline ticket for international travel for my granddaughter through Expedia and for three days, I was unsuccessful.
