A suprisingly productive and pleasant experienece I don't normally write reviews. I got into Chatdeal through a search on Kayak. I got the best possible agent to help me out. Her/His name was Diamond. The person was patient, persistent, empathetic, and willing to walk through all my queries and clarifications. We worked through various combnations and possibilities over 4 hours!! This is an unusually high level fo prefessionalism and competence, and it definitely builds confidence in start-up travel comanies. Bravo Chatdeal! And bravo to Diamond

Katniss at Chatdeal is amazing! Katniss at Chatdeal is amazing! Our flight was delayed and we were going to miss our connecting flight. She was able to get us on a later flight the same day so that we could get into Milan the same day. She was so kind and kept me updated and walked me through the process for rebooking. Thanks again Katniss!

Absolutely under ANY circumstance DO… Absolutely under ANY circumstance DO NOT USE KAYAK CHAT DEAL to book your flights!!! They will not let you cancel within 24 hours. They will charge exorbitant unauthorized fees with no disclosure or explanation. They are happy to HARASS you by sending you multiple email and phone calls a day but they will ghost and be unreachable as soon as you call them back. They are con artists and dishonest. I regret my choice to use them so much and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE make this mistake again. You will absolutely regret your choice.

Incompetent or worse? My wife stood at the airport checkin in Miami last night for a confirmed booking through kayak/chatdeal. Kayak said after payment that the reservation would be handled by chatdeal. She did receive exactly one whatsapp message saying the flight was successfully confirmed, but nothing else. When she rechecked the url because the airline did not have a reservation for her, the page content had changed to "cancelled" with a message to contact a phone number with the booking ID. When she called the given service number, they told her that they did not know anything about her booking code. The credit card payment for the everything but cheap transatlantic flight from Miami to Barcelona still shows as "Authorized - Chatdeal via Kayak" in my bank account, blocking the card from making a different booking. It is clear that no one was prepared to assume the responsibility for this situation. When this can happen with a flight reservation they do without any chance of an alternative flight or recompensation, the whole business model of travel agency / flight portal becomes worthless. Update: They now fully charged my credit card for the cancelled reservation. I´ll handle this as fraud.

Help with K715DEB refund request I was assisted by Amber who was very kind and helpful. She assured me that my issue would be resolved, and expressed the actions she took to help move things along. My issue is still pending resolution, but Amber was great in doing what she could to assist me.
