Absolutely under ANY circumstance DO… Absolutely under ANY circumstance DO NOT USE KAYAK CHAT DEAL to book your flights!!! They will not let you cancel within 24 hours. They will charge exorbitant unauthorized fees with no disclosure or explanation. They are happy to HARASS you by sending you multiple email and phone calls a day but they will ghost and be unreachable as soon as you call them back. They are con artists and dishonest. I regret my choice to use them so much and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE make this mistake again. You will absolutely regret your choice.

I received a call offering add-ons, but when I declined, they respected my choice and didn't bother me again. Instead, they kept me informed about my flight through email. Tyson is a great agent! Tyson was helpful, honest, and kind. He helped me book the same flights I had been trying to buy through Expedia (to no avail) since yesterday. There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. Good travel agents are good at dealing with this market and finding flights for their customers. Tyson is a great agent. Thanks, Tyson!
