There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. Agent Raavi's handholding all thru booking on chat! I was thoroughly impressed with the ease with which I was able to book with Chatdeals. Quite frankly, I was skeptical to start with but Raavi's prompt in the chat window made it so comfortable. She was handholding the booking right from the start and, most importantly, stayed till the booking was confirmed.
