They will charge exorbitant unauthorized fees with no disclosure or explanation. They are happy to HARASS you by sending you multiple email and phone calls a day but they will ghost and be unreachable as soon as you call them back. They are con artists and dishonest. I regret my choice to use them so much and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE make this mistake again. You will absolutely regret your choice.

travel booking service For a travel service, it is meh. I love the deal I got through them but they require a confirmation before even booking. The person who contacted me didn't speak english well. Honestly, should've cancelled than. They than split my family booking up without explanation, which makes any issues harder to handle. Because when they split up the booking, the DOB and citizenship was all wacky. Thanks to SHANIA in customer service who got it all sorted out for me! You rock and deserve 10 stars!

Frustration Led Me to Celia and Kayak...Thank Goodness! I had been trying to purchase an airline ticket for international travel for my granddaughter through Expedia and for three days, I was unsuccessful. A suprisingly productive and pleasant experienece I don't normally write reviews. I got into Chatdeal through a search on Kayak. I got the best possible agent to help me out. Her/His name was Diamond. The person was patient, persistent, empathetic, and willing to walk through all my queries and clarifications. We worked through various combnations and possibilities over 4 hours!!
