There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. A suprisingly productive and pleasant experienece I don't normally write reviews. I got into Chatdeal through a search on Kayak. I got the best possible agent to help me out. Her/His name was Diamond. The person was patient, persistent, empathetic, and willing to walk through all my queries and clarifications. We worked through various combnations and possibilities over 4 hours!! This is an unusually high level fo prefessionalism and competence, and it definitely builds confidence in start-up travel comanies. Bravo Chatdeal! And bravo to Diamond
