They will charge exorbitant unauthorized fees with no disclosure or explanation. They are happy to HARASS you by sending you multiple email and phone calls a day but they will ghost and be unreachable as soon as you call them back. They are con artists and dishonest. I regret my choice to use them so much and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE make this mistake again. You will absolutely regret your choice.

I received a call offering add-ons, but when I declined, they respected my choice and didn't bother me again. Instead, they kept me informed about my flight through email. Excellent customer service, and my ticket had no issues. Thumbs up!

Chatdeal successfully resolved flight problem I had a problem with the airline canceling one leg of an international family trip, and I was very concerned that Chatdeal would not handle it well based on some of the negative reviews I had read online. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how they handled it. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted out, and they were difficult to reach in person, but they came through with confirmed new flights that work for us without any incremental cost.

Agent Raavi's handholding all thru booking on chat! I was thoroughly impressed with the ease with which I was able to book with Chatdeals. Quite frankly, I was skeptical to start with but Raavi's prompt in the chat window made it so comfortable. She was handholding the booking right from the start and, most importantly, stayed till the booking was confirmed.
