There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. Help with K715DEB refund request I was assisted by Amber who was very kind and helpful. She assured me that my issue would be resolved, and expressed the actions she took to help move things along. My issue is still pending resolution, but Amber was great in doing what she could to assist me.

I received a call offering add-ons, but when I declined, they respected my choice and didn't bother me again. Instead, they kept me informed about my flight through email.
