Absolutely under ANY circumstance DO… Absolutely under ANY circumstance DO NOT USE KAYAK CHAT DEAL to book your flights!!! They will not let you cancel within 24 hours. They will charge exorbitant unauthorized fees with no disclosure or explanation. They are happy to HARASS you by sending you multiple email and phone calls a day but they will ghost and be unreachable as soon as you call them back. They are con artists and dishonest. I regret my choice to use them so much and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE make this mistake again. You will absolutely regret your choice.

Greg was super helpful! Greg was amazing and super helful. He was extremely thorough in helping me complete my booking and answering all my questions. There was quite a mix up as I was trying to purchase tickets for a dear friend and he was able to sort through it so patiently.

Quite frankly, I was skeptical to start with but Raavi's prompt in the chat window made it so comfortable. She was handholding the booking right from the start and, most importantly, stayed till the booking was confirmed. She responded to all the questions very earnestly thwarting my skepticism all along the way to final booking. Impressed!
