Help with K715DEB refund request I was assisted by Amber who was very kind and helpful. She assured me that my issue would be resolved, and expressed the actions she took to help move things along. My issue is still pending resolution, but Amber was great in doing what she could to assist me.

There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies.
