Chatdeal successfully resolved flight problem I had a problem with the airline canceling one leg of an international family trip, and I was very concerned that Chatdeal would not handle it well based on some of the negative reviews I had read online. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how they handled it. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted out, and they were difficult to reach in person, but they came through with confirmed new flights that work for us without any incremental cost.

I received a call offering add-ons, but when I declined, they respected my choice and didn't bother me again. Instead, they kept me informed about my flight through email. Quite frankly, I was skeptical to start with but Raavi's prompt in the chat window made it so comfortable.
