I received a call offering add-ons, but when I declined, they respected my choice and didn't bother me again. Instead, they kept me informed about my flight through email. A suprisingly productive and pleasant experienece I don't normally write reviews. I got into Chatdeal through a search on Kayak. I got the best possible agent to help me out. Her/His name was Diamond. The person was patient, persistent, empathetic, and willing to walk through all my queries and clarifications. We worked through various combnations and possibilities over 4 hours!!
