travel booking service For a travel service, it is meh. I love the deal I got through them but they require a confirmation before even booking. The person who contacted me didn't speak english well. Honestly, should've cancelled than. They than split my family booking up without explanation, which makes any issues harder to handle. Because when they split up the booking, the DOB and citizenship was all wacky. Thanks to SHANIA in customer service who got it all sorted out for me! You rock and deserve 10 stars!

Help with K715DEB refund request I was assisted by Amber who was very kind and helpful. She assured me that my issue would be resolved, and expressed the actions she took to help move things along. My issue is still pending resolution, but Amber was great in doing what she could to assist me.

There seems to be a bit of a bait and switch happening with airline flights, apparently at the hands of the airline companies. Frustration Led Me to Celia and Kayak...Thank Goodness! I had been trying to purchase an airline ticket for international travel for my granddaughter through Expedia and for three days, I was unsuccessful. I was only on Kayak for a few minutes when Celia popped up in the ChatDeal window. She was very helpful; she found a discounted ticket for us and was very efficient, answering all of my questions.
