Seat assignment Bruce was difficult to hear each time we spoke until I asked him to speak louder, he then accommodated my request. It took him multiple requests to make my seat reservations for my flight.

After we booked our flight we found out that they were charging us an 82.03 service charge… So Within 10 minutes we tried to cancel their booking. When we called them to cancel they told us that they couldn’t cancel the booking unless we agreed to review and agree to pay their 82.03 service fee, that they now called a cancellation fee. We went back and forth for an hour, and they refused to cancel the reservation unless we paid the 82.03 service fee. So we put in a dispute with our credit card Co. Then we booked the flight a second time but we booked directly with the airline. Yesterday we got a notice from our airline that our trip that we booked directly with the airline had been cancelled. Causing us many hours of our time and, undue stress to unravel what was going on,. In the end we had to re-book our flight. There seems to be no other reasonable conclusion then to believe that Traveodeals was behind this cancellation. 1.They had all our information, and 2.They have access to the airlines booking data base. Conclusion Don’t use Travodeals don’t trust Travodeals they are not an honorable company.
