GBThis company will try to rob you, avoid! This company stole £715 ($900) from me in May 2020 when covid hit. Despite a travel ban from UK to USA, they charged my card the full rental amount even though I had emailed to cancel. Like others on here they gave me worthless store credit which I never used as the US border was shut for 20 months. Cannot get a reply from their so called customer services department, but they did manage to put together an 8-page document when I contacted Amex. Amex were only able to refund the deposit, so in fact I could have been a lot worse off. I think this company just relies on the fact that there aren’t too many options location wise but I would urge potential customers to look elsewhere if possible so as not to be left out of pocket.

GBAwesome experience We were very pleased with our experience using Eagle Riders. After our first time using them for renting a Harley we decided to join the club which has helped us save money on future rentals. The bikes are in great condition and the customer service was excellent. We were given loads of information on scenic routes to take and “local” spots to check out that tourists wouldn’t typically know about. Highly recommend Eagle Riders!

AUGreat experience!!!! We hired a bike for 10days from Eaglerider Chicago last year August 2022 for our Sturgis adventure. Easy pick up and dropped off. Helpful and friendly staffs. Thank you, Danny Brown and all Eaglerider Chicago staffs for being part of our memorable riding experience!!🙏😀

GBThe two guides DJ & April were… The two guides DJ & April were exceptional Didn't like having to go into a town each evening to an inner city hotel, the Laughlin hotel was not good and wouldn't recommend. A lot of freeway riding, but was unavoidable due the amount of miles we needed to cover We enjoyed the whole experience, good company and excellent service

GBEagleRider Membership Lacks Transparency & Follow Unethical Practices EagleRider, while offering the potential of amazing experiences, has unethical business practices and their membership program lacks transparency and uses false advertising. I was a member of the EagleRider motorcycle club, which offered a day free credit per month of payment. At the time, I was saving for the max of 24days credits to enjoy a long road trip. It turns out that the free credit covers some bikes, not other bikes,, does not cover sundry charges (a 5 day trip can still costs hundreds of $). Credits can also only be use at some locations. Finally, EagleRider has locked people paying monthly subscriptions into annual terms. The result is one cannot cancel when you want to, even though paying monthly.
