A lot of freeway riding, but was unavoidable due the amount of miles we needed to cover We enjoyed the whole experience, good company and excellent service

Amazing way to make memories! We have done several motorcycle trips with Eagle Rider and they are always amazing! California, Oregon, Nevada....all gorgeous destinations with friendly teams to get us set up and on the road as soon as we arrive. Have never had an issue with any of their bikes, always well serviced, and once we even forgot to make a reservation for one person, and they figured it all out at the last minute. Wonderful experience and great memories!

This company will try to rob you, avoid! This company stole £715 ($900) from me in May 2020 when covid hit. Despite a travel ban from UK to USA, they charged my card the full rental amount even though I had emailed to cancel. Like others on here they gave me worthless store credit which I never used as the US border was shut for 20 months. Cannot get a reply from their so called customer services department, but they did manage to put together an 8-page document when I contacted Amex. Amex were only able to refund the deposit, so in fact I could have been a lot worse off. I think this company just relies on the fact that there aren’t too many options location wise but I would urge potential customers to look elsewhere if possible so as not to be left out of pocket.

Crap credit system and customer service From Florida, Rented once in Colorado right after signing up. 6 months and 5 rental credits accumulated later and I try to rent at st. Augustine. "Location does not take club credits". Was willing to pick up somewhere else in the way to st. augustine, but it was the same with all 5 of the other central Florida locations. So tell me y tf do u offer monthly credits if not all locations will accept them and y tf won't you give me a refund for the months I paid to accumulate credits, now that I want to cancel?! Don't use this company! Total scam!

Thanks Alen for taking great care of us Eagle rider takes great care of its clients, every experience has been superb, even when I dropped a bike (I take full insurance). This last year I went a number of times to Burien Seattle branch, Alan always takes great care of me and my pals, he's a customer first kind a guy.
