Amazing service from an amazing company We were traveling from Iceland to Amsterdam when our flight was delayed 10 hours. When we first heard that we can put in a claim with the airlines due to the delay, it sounded strange. We have never heard of anything like this in the US. Not knowing how to even start, we googled and stumbled upon Inspecto. We read the reviews and decided to give use their service. The communication was very good and professional. In August 2019 I turned to Inspecto for… In August 2019 I turned to Inspecto for compensation from Easyjet who had refused EC regulation 261 payment for my partner, (they had paid mine) and refused taxi fare to get us to a different airport for our return flight, and refused any meal or other compensation despite it being a ten hour delay of flight. Inspecto at first seemed to be responsive but in April 2020 keeping me informed seemed to stop, perhaps partly due to Covid and partly due to their decision of having to go to a court case. In October 2020 I learned that Easyjet had in fact paid Inspecto the EC Regulation 261 compensation for my partner, but according to Inspecto nothing else, and since I asked for this to be paid over to us I have heard nothing and no e-mails are answered. This is not the behaviour of a responsible legal set-up and to me is morally indefensible.

Much easier than dealing with an airline claims department I am very pleased with Inspecto! They were able to quickly and effectively negotiate a refund with the airline, and I didn't need to lift a finger at all. The entire team was professional, friendly, and very prompt with responses and questions. I would highly recommend Inspecto, they completely removed all the stress and guess work from an otherwise very aggravating situation.
