Our flights got cancelled by British Airways and we were due out on a trip with you the following day and you made it easy to get in touch and looked after us despite our horrible disappointment with flights. August 14 Meradalir eruption hike on Fagradalsfjall The breathtaking hike up to Meradalir on August 14 notwithstanding, our guide Devin-not-Kevin was essential in preparing us for what to expect, and was well informed about the volcano as well, and it was a pleasure to interact with him. I hope the winds blow him to Holland one day! ;) Our bus driver was HBO or GMO or I actually don't remember the abbreviation, my apologies, a legend who managed to manoeuvre us through the rugged terrain near the hike site and the obscene traffic in Reykjavik, and was a fun individual too.

Such a fantastic tour! The waterfalls were absolutely gorgeous, the glacier hike was sooooo much fun and our tour guide was so knowledgeable and absolutely hilarious and entertaining with his stories. I would definitely recommend! Especially as we saw at least 8 cars that had skidded off the road in the wind and ice, I was very glad to be on a bus with a good and experienced driver. Such a great experience, well worth it!
