I’m still not sure exactly how this… I’m still not sure exactly how this company operates? But it worked for us at a bad time we had to travel internationally for a funeral. Gabriel was our contact, based in USA or at least all the details indicated that to be the case, I’ll say that I was nervous using the service with so many scams these days would’ve been easier to go into high street agents but everything worked out just fine, some things about the airlines could have been a lot better but that’s a different review. Gabriel found us good prices situation considered short notice n all that, he responded in timely manner via email and phone to any questions etc and was very helpful trying to find what best suited us and we had no problems until I used the reference number he sent me? I logged into the airline site to check it was all real and while there made a couple of seat and food changes and that was a mistake? This is how it all worked. I made the enquiry, Gabriel responded, I agreed to the deal and sent proof of ID and payment and got a receipt, a day before the flight Gabriel emailed told me he had checked us in and sent a copy of boarding passes, at the airport everything went as though we had booked directly with them no problems at all. We don’t fly much so excuse if this is basic knowledge but this is how I think it works. When I booked through them, they take money from me and book using their account and pay from their banks so in practice they are the customers and any interactions with airlines need to be through them or things could go wrong but Gabriel sorted my mistakes so it was all good. I don’t know if this company earns flyer points but I wasn’t given any but that didn’t bother us, I don’t know if in practice that’s the same as high street agencies, maybe it is and I never questioned it. Anyway summing up Gabriel was great and everything went as planned so I would use them in future, hopefully with more time to plan so prices would be much lower than what we had to pay for short notice.

Purchased our flight 11 months ago... ...wanting everything to be in place for our trip next week. First time with ABT. We had issues connecting with the agent, Michael Bardi, right away...that should have clued us in. The 1st leg appears to be okay, which is why they got 2 stars. In the 2nd leg, we booked side-by-side (obviously) and then got the booking info showing us one-behind-the-other. This was in Feb 2023. Immediately began emailing & calling Michael repeatedly. He finally responds saying that it's COVID protocol for AirFrance, but they will fix it once we get closer to the departure date of 10-15-23. And I quote, "No worries." Guess what? We are NOT sitting side-by-side! Been emailing and calling the last 2 weeks. Michael doesn't respond. Keep getting Christopher, who was told by the airline that there aren't any other seats available. I was promised a call back four times in the last week. Nothing. And we're supposed to trust that Michael is going to get us our boarding passes next week?? Riiiiiiight. Interesting that I was asked, "PLEASE don't contact the airline." The manager is supposed to call me tomorrow. We'll see. My next call will be to the airline. This could have been resolved in February, but Michael brushed us off repeatedly. BTW, you can "tip" your agent at the time of purchase, which we did. As soon as he got the tip? Gone.

Satisfied customer Alright to be honest I was a skeptic I used the service to fly my mother in business class and was so nervous… surprise surprise William Cohen my representative was so professional and followed up every time I had a doubt of a question. It all worked out and my mother reached me and back flying in business very comfortably and I did not have to break the bank to make this happen. I am going to be using the service for my personal travel too. Great service at affordable prices.
