The reservation process was easy… The reservation process was easy however it did not give me an area to utilize my AARP card or any military discounts. Maybe can be done upon arrival

It was easy to go online and book the… It was easy to go online and book the room. The only part of the experience that didn't work for me was having to change the booking to add another night - I had to cancel and re-book. Otherwise, a very good experience thus far.

What I would have liked is to know… What I would have liked is to know what reservation this was for, the location. I made several reservations in the last few days, and had to search out which one this was.

Issues with Bookings Very slow to answer and the front desk at Red Rock Casino couldn't help me out at all?? They couldn't even edit the reservation to fix typos by Reservation Counter? I finally managed to get everything corrected and was able to get the Conformation number, where as you only gave me an itinerary number??
