GBWhat I would have liked is to know… What I would have liked is to know what reservation this was for, the location. I made several reservations in the last few days, and had to search out which one this was.

GBThe hotel was not paid when I checked out. The reservation confirmation did not contain the name, address, or phone number of the Hotel. The Hotel had the reservation under my name, but did not recognize the confirmation number I was given. When I left after a two day stay, the hotel did not have confirmation of the funds transfer to their account. My credit card was charged. I expect better 'care and feeding' of the vendors.

GBQUICK SERVICE The reservation was made quickly, easily, and securely. I had a question about the confirmation (I received 2). I called and the representative was so nice and double checked to make sure I didn't accidentally make 2 reservations. Great experience!
