GBIssues with Bookings Very slow to answer and the front desk at Red Rock Casino couldn't help me out at all?? They couldn't even edit the reservation to fix typos by Reservation Counter? I finally managed to get everything corrected and was able to get the Conformation number, where as you only gave me an itinerary number??

GBLimited options - but quick This is about the reservation process.... I was limited and a bit complicated in that only rooms and prices were available and only at prepaid costs. The website was fast, however.

GBThe hotel was not paid when I checked out. The reservation confirmation did not contain the name, address, or phone number of the Hotel. The Hotel had the reservation under my name, but did not recognize the confirmation number I was given. When I left after a two day stay, the hotel did not have confirmation of the funds transfer to their account. My credit card was charged. I expect better 'care and feeding' of the vendors.

GBYou do not give any better pricing than… You do not give any better pricing than we can get on line at the standard hotel and then add a $16 fee which makes the price higher than standard. Don't need an additional middleman to just take money.
