Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Low Rent Budget Apartment Positive: Location (already reviewed). Owner is helpful and honest. Felt safe walking and the street is quiet. Negative: The apartment quality suits its rent; since Paris is expensive, the rent may help the budget-minded. (We had few choices when our desired rental cancelled.) The building is old; a few apartments are modern but this one is behind times. Some obvious, generally tolerable cosmetic and comfort-oriented deficits need attention. There is no lift and the unit is up two levels. A cramped loo is separate from the bath.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful position Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults. Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access. All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION NOT VERY ACCURATE I BOOKED AN APARTMENT THROUGH ALL-PARIS APARTMENTS, IT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE SITE AS HAVING 2 BEDROOMS SO I BOOKED IT FOR 4 ADULTS.WHAT IT DIDN'T MAKE CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE WAS THAT ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD TO BE ACCESSED VIA THE COMMUNAL STAIRCASE, I.E ,YOU HAD TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT & GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM.I PHONED THE AGENCY ON ARRIVAL & WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AS I'D ALREADY ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY BUT HOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE SET UP BEFORE I ARRIVED I DON'T KNOW! I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT E-MAIL REGARDING THIS & I'M STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE.

Neat studio apartment in a great location Came across this apartment online and the location looked great. It came with some good reviews and the apartment pictures looked nice too. Booking was easy and we received a few follow-up emails from the owner to confirm my travel details. Arrival at the apartment was also simple, even when we were held-up by metro works. Apartment didn't disappoint. Despite its cosy size it was clean and comfortable. Close to metro stations, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a very short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Great apartment, thanks a lot.
