Quiet apartment in a handy location This apartment is in a secure building well back from the road. Consequently, it was very peaceful and quiet, making sleeping easy. It had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was reasonably quick. It is just a short stroll down to busy Rue de Mouffetard's dozens of eateries and interesting shops. There is a bus stop right out the front, which gives access to most areas and the nearest Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Delightful Delambre! The apartment is on a wonderful street, rue Delambre, in the Montparnasse area. There is a school next door and butcher shop, patisseries, supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped with dishes, linens and condiments. The contact person, S, is very helpful with suggestions about the city and travel.

Neat studio apartment in a great location Came across this apartment online and the location looked great. It came with some good reviews and the apartment pictures looked nice too. Booking was easy and we received a few follow-up emails from the owner to confirm my travel details. Arrival at the apartment was also simple, even when we were held-up by metro works. Apartment didn't disappoint. Despite its cosy size it was clean and comfortable. Close to metro stations, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a very short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Great apartment, thanks a lot.

Great location, so-so accomodation The guy who handled the rental - Romain - was wonderful. The apartment itself was perfectly nice, and the location is wonderful. The problems: the cable tv was out and was never taken care of; the wall mount for the shower was gone, so showering required a bit of maneuvering. If those little things get taken care of, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise, it's just an annoying experience.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful position Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults. Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access. All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.
