Super location and excellent service! The apartment in Paris was situated in super location an the young lady Amelie who was our contact at the apartment was very friendly. The apartment consists of two smaller apartments and is therefore an excellent choise for two couples or families. Very quiet and safe. The terrace view outstanding. Sunchairs would be nice but current terrace furniture was ok. Overall feeling of the apartment was Very Good and we would rent this again any time!

cozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

Mirror mirror on the wall what's the best apartment of them all! The spacious outdoor area gave this apartment a greater feel of Parisien atmosphere than usually felt in most small accommodation in Paris. The proximity to the metro, the Pompidou Centre, the outdoor cafe culture and the ability to walk to Notre Dame, along the River Seine or to the Louvre was ideal. Fitness is a must due to the 99 stairs but Elcel was great helping with the luggage and checking us in. Maybe not the best place for first time in Paris as the night-life is full on and can, in places, be a bit seedy.

Dirty noisy overpriced apartment but in good location. The location was very good for shops, restaurants and transport. However, the curtains were dirty, paintwork was shabby and with no double glazing it was very noisy as it opened onto a very busy street. It was difficult to sleep in the front bedrooms, though not too bad in the rear one. The towels and linen provided were fine and the representative was very pleasant and helpful. The whole place needs completely cleaning and redecorating. The push button was missing off the toilet flush in the shower room. An oven would have been useful in addition to the microwave. It was well overpriced even for Paris. We would not go again.

Great location, so-so accomodation The guy who handled the rental - Romain - was wonderful. The apartment itself was perfectly nice, and the location is wonderful. The problems: the cable tv was out and was never taken care of; the wall mount for the shower was gone, so showering required a bit of maneuvering. If those little things get taken care of, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise, it's just an annoying experience.
