Neat studio apartment in a great location Came across this apartment online and the location looked great. It came with some good reviews and the apartment pictures looked nice too. Booking was easy and we received a few follow-up emails from the owner to confirm my travel details. Arrival at the apartment was also simple, even when we were held-up by metro works. Apartment didn't disappoint. Despite its cosy size it was clean and comfortable. Close to metro stations, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a very short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Great apartment, thanks a lot.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Paris The apartment has very convinient location - a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and 2 big Metro/RAR stations. It is decorated with attention to the details, looks exactly as on the pictures, very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The owner is very punctual and cooperative - at his place we felt like real parisians even for 4 days. We'll strongly reccommend to friends and will deffinetely choose it again for our next stay.

cozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

Great location, but the pictures are not what you find The place is a jewel that must be polished a little more, location is really great. However it was disappointing, that the reality is far from the pictures. Furniture is very old, carpets, and the bedding makes you think about how clean it really is. However you find everything to cook, oil, salt pepper. (Well I found dirty glasses and an old orange juice in the fridge) Alexandra, the administrator is very nice.

Super location and excellent service! The apartment in Paris was situated in super location an the young lady Amelie who was our contact at the apartment was very friendly. The apartment consists of two smaller apartments and is therefore an excellent choise for two couples or families. Very quiet and safe. The terrace view outstanding. Sunchairs would be nice but current terrace furniture was ok. Overall feeling of the apartment was Very Good and we would rent this again any time!
