cozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

Great location, but the pictures are not what you find The place is a jewel that must be polished a little more, location is really great. However it was disappointing, that the reality is far from the pictures. Furniture is very old, carpets, and the bedding makes you think about how clean it really is. However you find everything to cook, oil, salt pepper. (Well I found dirty glasses and an old orange juice in the fridge) Alexandra, the administrator is very nice.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Paris The apartment has very convinient location - a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and 2 big Metro/RAR stations. It is decorated with attention to the details, looks exactly as on the pictures, very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The owner is very punctual and cooperative - at his place we felt like real parisians even for 4 days. We'll strongly reccommend to friends and will deffinetely choose it again for our next stay.

awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful apartment, clean bright and in the perfect location for an awesome French ambiance. The apartment is located within a short walk of Mont Martre square. lots of cafes and restaurants, and a lovely vineyard right in front of the apartment. Getting in and out of the city center was easy and everyone was so friendly. we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.

Mirror mirror on the wall what's the best apartment of them all! The spacious outdoor area gave this apartment a greater feel of Parisien atmosphere than usually felt in most small accommodation in Paris. The proximity to the metro, the Pompidou Centre, the outdoor cafe culture and the ability to walk to Notre Dame, along the River Seine or to the Louvre was ideal. Fitness is a must due to the 99 stairs but Elcel was great helping with the luggage and checking us in. Maybe not the best place for first time in Paris as the night-life is full on and can, in places, be a bit seedy.
