Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

GREAT EXCELLENT The apartments was the cleanest I have ever stayed in on my world travel. The owner was magnificent, customer oriented. Modern and contemporary more that enough room than what you get from the hotel. Close proximity to the touristy places, transport (train and metro), shops and restaurant. Great stay and would recumbent to anyone who values quality stay while on holiday.

The apartment is located within a short walk of Mont Martre square. lots of cafes and restaurants, and a lovely vineyard right in front of the apartment. Getting in and out of the city center was easy and everyone was so friendly. we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.

Excellent location, spacious, could use a thorough cleaning We enjoyed our stay at our apartment in the Bastille. Perfect for large groups or a family it accommodated 5 of us very well. The Metro station is just outside the building and close to the Marais. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and sleeper couch, and 2 kitchens make it perfect for groups. Generally clean but could use a good, thorough cleaning and some repairs to some cupboards. Close to many cafes and grocery stores. It was easy to be in touch with the person who delivered us our keys and he was very helpful in getting us situated.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Paris The apartment has very convinient location - a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and 2 big Metro/RAR stations. It is decorated with attention to the details, looks exactly as on the pictures, very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The owner is very punctual and cooperative - at his place we felt like real parisians even for 4 days. We'll strongly reccommend to friends and will deffinetely choose it again for our next stay.
