Quiet apartment in a handy location This apartment is in a secure building well back from the road. Consequently, it was very peaceful and quiet, making sleeping easy. It had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was reasonably quick. It is just a short stroll down to busy Rue de Mouffetard's dozens of eateries and interesting shops. There is a bus stop right out the front, which gives access to most areas and the nearest Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

The apartment is located within a short walk of Mont Martre square. lots of cafes and restaurants, and a lovely vineyard right in front of the apartment. Getting in and out of the city center was easy and everyone was so friendly. we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.

Low Rent Budget Apartment Positive: Location (already reviewed). Owner is helpful and honest. Felt safe walking and the street is quiet. Negative: The apartment quality suits its rent; since Paris is expensive, the rent may help the budget-minded. (We had few choices when our desired rental cancelled.) The building is old; a few apartments are modern but this one is behind times. Some obvious, generally tolerable cosmetic and comfort-oriented deficits need attention. There is no lift and the unit is up two levels. A cramped loo is separate from the bath.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Paris The apartment has very convinient location - a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and 2 big Metro/RAR stations. It is decorated with attention to the details, looks exactly as on the pictures, very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The owner is very punctual and cooperative - at his place we felt like real parisians even for 4 days. We'll strongly reccommend to friends and will deffinetely choose it again for our next stay.

Great location, but the pictures are not what you find The place is a jewel that must be polished a little more, location is really great. However it was disappointing, that the reality is far from the pictures. Furniture is very old, carpets, and the bedding makes you think about how clean it really is. However you find everything to cook, oil, salt pepper. (Well I found dirty glasses and an old orange juice in the fridge) Alexandra, the administrator is very nice.
