Dirty noisy overpriced apartment but in good location. The location was very good for shops, restaurants and transport. However, the curtains were dirty, paintwork was shabby and with no double glazing it was very noisy as it opened onto a very busy street. It was difficult to sleep in the front bedrooms, though not too bad in the rear one. The towels and linen provided were fine and the representative was very pleasant and helpful. The whole place needs completely cleaning and redecorating. The push button was missing off the toilet flush in the shower room. An oven would have been useful in addition to the microwave. It was well overpriced even for Paris. We would not go again.

Super location and excellent service! The apartment in Paris was situated in super location an the young lady Amelie who was our contact at the apartment was very friendly. The apartment consists of two smaller apartments and is therefore an excellent choise for two couples or families. Very quiet and safe. The terrace view outstanding. Sunchairs would be nice but current terrace furniture was ok. Overall feeling of the apartment was Very Good and we would rent this again any time!

cozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

The apartment is located within a short walk of Mont Martre square. lots of cafes and restaurants, and a lovely vineyard right in front of the apartment. Getting in and out of the city center was easy and everyone was so friendly. we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.

Delightful Delambre! The apartment is on a wonderful street, rue Delambre, in the Montparnasse area. There is a school next door and butcher shop, patisseries, supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped with dishes, linens and condiments. The contact person, S, is very helpful with suggestions about the city and travel.
