Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

cozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful apartment, clean bright and in the perfect location for an awesome French ambiance. The apartment is located within a short walk of Mont Martre square. lots of cafes and restaurants, and a lovely vineyard right in front of the apartment. Getting in and out of the city center was easy and everyone was so friendly. we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.

Not what you see so beware!!! A bit disappointing, you don't get what you see on the photos. Beds not made up, have to put quilt covers on yourself if you don't want to sleep with old thin quilts, towels very old and thin, no hand towels and second bed in bedroom with two beds does not work! Also one and only power point that is easily accessible in the kitchen was half hanging off the wall? Place and equipment definitely needs some upgrading all round

GREAT EXCELLENT The apartments was the cleanest I have ever stayed in on my world travel. The owner was magnificent, customer oriented. Modern and contemporary more that enough room than what you get from the hotel. Close proximity to the touristy places, transport (train and metro), shops and restaurant. Great stay and would recumbent to anyone who values quality stay while on holiday.
