AUNot what you see so beware!!! A bit disappointing, you don't get what you see on the photos. Beds not made up, have to put quilt covers on yourself if you don't want to sleep with old thin quilts, towels very old and thin, no hand towels and second bed in bedroom with two beds does not work! Also one and only power point that is easily accessible in the kitchen was half hanging off the wall? Place and equipment definitely needs some upgrading all round

GBLow Rent Budget Apartment Positive: Location (already reviewed). Owner is helpful and honest. Felt safe walking and the street is quiet. Negative: The apartment quality suits its rent; since Paris is expensive, the rent may help the budget-minded. (We had few choices when our desired rental cancelled.) The building is old; a few apartments are modern but this one is behind times. Some obvious, generally tolerable cosmetic and comfort-oriented deficits need attention. There is no lift and the unit is up two levels. A cramped loo is separate from the bath.

CADelightful Delambre! The apartment is on a wonderful street, rue Delambre, in the Montparnasse area. There is a school next door and butcher shop, patisseries, supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped with dishes, linens and condiments. The contact person, S, is very helpful with suggestions about the city and travel.

UAcozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

AUQuiet apartment in a handy location This apartment is in a secure building well back from the road. Consequently, it was very peaceful and quiet, making sleeping easy. It had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was reasonably quick. It is just a short stroll down to busy Rue de Mouffetard's dozens of eateries and interesting shops. There is a bus stop right out the front, which gives access to most areas and the nearest Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
