Neat studio apartment in a great location Came across this apartment online and the location looked great. It came with some good reviews and the apartment pictures looked nice too. Booking was easy and we received a few follow-up emails from the owner to confirm my travel details. Arrival at the apartment was also simple, even when we were held-up by metro works. Apartment didn't disappoint. Despite its cosy size it was clean and comfortable. Close to metro stations, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a very short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Great apartment, thanks a lot.

GREAT EXCELLENT The apartments was the cleanest I have ever stayed in on my world travel. The owner was magnificent, customer oriented. Modern and contemporary more that enough room than what you get from the hotel. Close proximity to the touristy places, transport (train and metro), shops and restaurant. Great stay and would recumbent to anyone who values quality stay while on holiday.

Dirty noisy overpriced apartment but in good location. The location was very good for shops, restaurants and transport. However, the curtains were dirty, paintwork was shabby and with no double glazing it was very noisy as it opened onto a very busy street. It was difficult to sleep in the front bedrooms, though not too bad in the rear one. The towels and linen provided were fine and the representative was very pleasant and helpful. The whole place needs completely cleaning and redecorating. The push button was missing off the toilet flush in the shower room. An oven would have been useful in addition to the microwave. It was well overpriced even for Paris. We would not go again.

Excellent location, spacious, could use a thorough cleaning We enjoyed our stay at our apartment in the Bastille. Perfect for large groups or a family it accommodated 5 of us very well. The Metro station is just outside the building and close to the Marais. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and sleeper couch, and 2 kitchens make it perfect for groups. Generally clean but could use a good, thorough cleaning and some repairs to some cupboards. Close to many cafes and grocery stores. It was easy to be in touch with the person who delivered us our keys and he was very helpful in getting us situated.

The apartment is located within a short walk of Mont Martre square. lots of cafes and restaurants, and a lovely vineyard right in front of the apartment. Getting in and out of the city center was easy and everyone was so friendly. we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.
