cozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

Dirty noisy overpriced apartment but in good location. The location was very good for shops, restaurants and transport. However, the curtains were dirty, paintwork was shabby and with no double glazing it was very noisy as it opened onto a very busy street. It was difficult to sleep in the front bedrooms, though not too bad in the rear one. The towels and linen provided were fine and the representative was very pleasant and helpful. The whole place needs completely cleaning and redecorating. The push button was missing off the toilet flush in the shower room. An oven would have been useful in addition to the microwave. It was well overpriced even for Paris. We would not go again.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION NOT VERY ACCURATE I BOOKED AN APARTMENT THROUGH ALL-PARIS APARTMENTS, IT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE SITE AS HAVING 2 BEDROOMS SO I BOOKED IT FOR 4 ADULTS.WHAT IT DIDN'T MAKE CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE WAS THAT ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD TO BE ACCESSED VIA THE COMMUNAL STAIRCASE, I.E ,YOU HAD TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT & GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM.I PHONED THE AGENCY ON ARRIVAL & WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AS I'D ALREADY ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY BUT HOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE SET UP BEFORE I ARRIVED I DON'T KNOW! I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT E-MAIL REGARDING THIS & I'M STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE.

Not what you see so beware!!! A bit disappointing, you don't get what you see on the photos. Beds not made up, have to put quilt covers on yourself if you don't want to sleep with old thin quilts, towels very old and thin, no hand towels and second bed in bedroom with two beds does not work! Also one and only power point that is easily accessible in the kitchen was half hanging off the wall? Place and equipment definitely needs some upgrading all round

Great location, so-so accomodation The guy who handled the rental - Romain - was wonderful. The apartment itself was perfectly nice, and the location is wonderful. The problems: the cable tv was out and was never taken care of; the wall mount for the shower was gone, so showering required a bit of maneuvering. If those little things get taken care of, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise, it's just an annoying experience.
