GREAT EXCELLENT The apartments was the cleanest I have ever stayed in on my world travel. The owner was magnificent, customer oriented. Modern and contemporary more that enough room than what you get from the hotel. Close proximity to the touristy places, transport (train and metro), shops and restaurant. Great stay and would recumbent to anyone who values quality stay while on holiday.

Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

cozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

Low Rent Budget Apartment Positive: Location (already reviewed). Owner is helpful and honest. Felt safe walking and the street is quiet. Negative: The apartment quality suits its rent; since Paris is expensive, the rent may help the budget-minded. (We had few choices when our desired rental cancelled.) The building is old; a few apartments are modern but this one is behind times. Some obvious, generally tolerable cosmetic and comfort-oriented deficits need attention. There is no lift and the unit is up two levels. A cramped loo is separate from the bath.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful position Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults. Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access. All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.
