Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Neat studio apartment in a great location Came across this apartment online and the location looked great. It came with some good reviews and the apartment pictures looked nice too. Booking was easy and we received a few follow-up emails from the owner to confirm my travel details. Arrival at the apartment was also simple, even when we were held-up by metro works. Apartment didn't disappoint. Despite its cosy size it was clean and comfortable. Close to metro stations, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a very short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Great apartment, thanks a lot.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Paris The apartment has very convinient location - a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and 2 big Metro/RAR stations. It is decorated with attention to the details, looks exactly as on the pictures, very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The owner is very punctual and cooperative - at his place we felt like real parisians even for 4 days. We'll strongly reccommend to friends and will deffinetely choose it again for our next stay.

Quiet apartment in a handy location This apartment is in a secure building well back from the road. Consequently, it was very peaceful and quiet, making sleeping easy. It had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was reasonably quick. It is just a short stroll down to busy Rue de Mouffetard's dozens of eateries and interesting shops. There is a bus stop right out the front, which gives access to most areas and the nearest Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

GREAT EXCELLENT The apartments was the cleanest I have ever stayed in on my world travel. The owner was magnificent, customer oriented. Modern and contemporary more that enough room than what you get from the hotel. Close proximity to the touristy places, transport (train and metro), shops and restaurant. Great stay and would recumbent to anyone who values quality stay while on holiday.
