Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Excellent location, spacious, could use a thorough cleaning We enjoyed our stay at our apartment in the Bastille. Perfect for large groups or a family it accommodated 5 of us very well. The Metro station is just outside the building and close to the Marais. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and sleeper couch, and 2 kitchens make it perfect for groups. Generally clean but could use a good, thorough cleaning and some repairs to some cupboards. Close to many cafes and grocery stores. It was easy to be in touch with the person who delivered us our keys and he was very helpful in getting us situated.

Great location, so-so accomodation The guy who handled the rental - Romain - was wonderful. The apartment itself was perfectly nice, and the location is wonderful. The problems: the cable tv was out and was never taken care of; the wall mount for the shower was gone, so showering required a bit of maneuvering. If those little things get taken care of, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise, it's just an annoying experience.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Paris The apartment has very convinient location - a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and 2 big Metro/RAR stations. It is decorated with attention to the details, looks exactly as on the pictures, very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The owner is very punctual and cooperative - at his place we felt like real parisians even for 4 days. We'll strongly reccommend to friends and will deffinetely choose it again for our next stay.

Perfect, cosy apartment ideal for a trip to Paris. The apartment was very clean and cosy. It was perfectly located next to the Eiffel Tower with great transport links around. There was a bakery below as well as several places for which you could pick up some groceries. Perfect location. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. And accommodated the fact that we had an early flight. Overall, the perfect apartment if visiting Paris. Would definitely recommend.
