Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Perfect, cosy apartment ideal for a trip to Paris. The apartment was very clean and cosy. It was perfectly located next to the Eiffel Tower with great transport links around. There was a bakery below as well as several places for which you could pick up some groceries. Perfect location. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. And accommodated the fact that we had an early flight. Overall, the perfect apartment if visiting Paris. Would definitely recommend.

Super location and excellent service! The apartment in Paris was situated in super location an the young lady Amelie who was our contact at the apartment was very friendly. The apartment consists of two smaller apartments and is therefore an excellent choise for two couples or families. Very quiet and safe. The terrace view outstanding. Sunchairs would be nice but current terrace furniture was ok. Overall feeling of the apartment was Very Good and we would rent this again any time!

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful position Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults. Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access. All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.

Quiet apartment in a handy location This apartment is in a secure building well back from the road. Consequently, it was very peaceful and quiet, making sleeping easy. It had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was reasonably quick. It is just a short stroll down to busy Rue de Mouffetard's dozens of eateries and interesting shops. There is a bus stop right out the front, which gives access to most areas and the nearest Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
