Great location, but the pictures are not what you find The place is a jewel that must be polished a little more, location is really great. However it was disappointing, that the reality is far from the pictures. Furniture is very old, carpets, and the bedding makes you think about how clean it really is. However you find everything to cook, oil, salt pepper. (Well I found dirty glasses and an old orange juice in the fridge) Alexandra, the administrator is very nice.

Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Delightful Delambre! The apartment is on a wonderful street, rue Delambre, in the Montparnasse area. There is a school next door and butcher shop, patisseries, supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped with dishes, linens and condiments. The contact person, S, is very helpful with suggestions about the city and travel.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION NOT VERY ACCURATE I BOOKED AN APARTMENT THROUGH ALL-PARIS APARTMENTS, IT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE SITE AS HAVING 2 BEDROOMS SO I BOOKED IT FOR 4 ADULTS.WHAT IT DIDN'T MAKE CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE WAS THAT ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD TO BE ACCESSED VIA THE COMMUNAL STAIRCASE, I.E ,YOU HAD TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT & GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM.I PHONED THE AGENCY ON ARRIVAL & WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AS I'D ALREADY ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY BUT HOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE SET UP BEFORE I ARRIVED I DON'T KNOW! I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT E-MAIL REGARDING THIS & I'M STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful position Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults. Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access. All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.
