awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful apartment, clean bright and in the perfect location for an awesome French ambiance. The apartment is located within a short walk of Mont Martre square. lots of cafes and restaurants, and a lovely vineyard right in front of the apartment. Getting in and out of the city center was easy and everyone was so friendly. we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.

cozy apartment with the excellent location I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful position Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults. Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access. All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.

Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Delightful Delambre! The apartment is on a wonderful street, rue Delambre, in the Montparnasse area. There is a school next door and butcher shop, patisseries, supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped with dishes, linens and condiments. The contact person, S, is very helpful with suggestions about the city and travel.
