Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Quiet apartment in a handy location This apartment is in a secure building well back from the road. Consequently, it was very peaceful and quiet, making sleeping easy. It had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was reasonably quick. It is just a short stroll down to busy Rue de Mouffetard's dozens of eateries and interesting shops. There is a bus stop right out the front, which gives access to most areas and the nearest Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Perfect, cosy apartment ideal for a trip to Paris. The apartment was very clean and cosy. It was perfectly located next to the Eiffel Tower with great transport links around. There was a bakery below as well as several places for which you could pick up some groceries. Perfect location. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. And accommodated the fact that we had an early flight. Overall, the perfect apartment if visiting Paris. Would definitely recommend.

Mirror mirror on the wall what's the best apartment of them all! The spacious outdoor area gave this apartment a greater feel of Parisien atmosphere than usually felt in most small accommodation in Paris. The proximity to the metro, the Pompidou Centre, the outdoor cafe culture and the ability to walk to Notre Dame, along the River Seine or to the Louvre was ideal. Fitness is a must due to the 99 stairs but Elcel was great helping with the luggage and checking us in. Maybe not the best place for first time in Paris as the night-life is full on and can, in places, be a bit seedy.

Great location, but the pictures are not what you find The place is a jewel that must be polished a little more, location is really great. However it was disappointing, that the reality is far from the pictures. Furniture is very old, carpets, and the bedding makes you think about how clean it really is. However you find everything to cook, oil, salt pepper. (Well I found dirty glasses and an old orange juice in the fridge) Alexandra, the administrator is very nice.
