Excellent location, spacious, could use a thorough cleaning We enjoyed our stay at our apartment in the Bastille. Perfect for large groups or a family it accommodated 5 of us very well. The Metro station is just outside the building and close to the Marais. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and sleeper couch, and 2 kitchens make it perfect for groups. Generally clean but could use a good, thorough cleaning and some repairs to some cupboards. Close to many cafes and grocery stores. It was easy to be in touch with the person who delivered us our keys and he was very helpful in getting us situated.

Great location, so-so accomodation The guy who handled the rental - Romain - was wonderful. The apartment itself was perfectly nice, and the location is wonderful. The problems: the cable tv was out and was never taken care of; the wall mount for the shower was gone, so showering required a bit of maneuvering. If those little things get taken care of, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise, it's just an annoying experience.

Delightful Delambre! The apartment is on a wonderful street, rue Delambre, in the Montparnasse area. There is a school next door and butcher shop, patisseries, supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped with dishes, linens and condiments. The contact person, S, is very helpful with suggestions about the city and travel.

Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful position Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults. Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access. All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.
