Not what you see so beware!!! A bit disappointing, you don't get what you see on the photos. Beds not made up, have to put quilt covers on yourself if you don't want to sleep with old thin quilts, towels very old and thin, no hand towels and second bed in bedroom with two beds does not work! Also one and only power point that is easily accessible in the kitchen was half hanging off the wall? Place and equipment definitely needs some upgrading all round

Great location, so-so accomodation The guy who handled the rental - Romain - was wonderful. The apartment itself was perfectly nice, and the location is wonderful. The problems: the cable tv was out and was never taken care of; the wall mount for the shower was gone, so showering required a bit of maneuvering. If those little things get taken care of, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise, it's just an annoying experience.

Great location, but the pictures are not what you find The place is a jewel that must be polished a little more, location is really great. However it was disappointing, that the reality is far from the pictures. Furniture is very old, carpets, and the bedding makes you think about how clean it really is. However you find everything to cook, oil, salt pepper. (Well I found dirty glasses and an old orange juice in the fridge) Alexandra, the administrator is very nice.

Quiet apartment in a handy location This apartment is in a secure building well back from the road. Consequently, it was very peaceful and quiet, making sleeping easy. It had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was reasonably quick. It is just a short stroll down to busy Rue de Mouffetard's dozens of eateries and interesting shops. There is a bus stop right out the front, which gives access to most areas and the nearest Metro station is just a few minutes walk away. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Good apartment, very quite but needs a little TLC Great location, very quite however needs a little attention as some power points don't work, both lamps had faulty switches, bathroom main light didn't work, fridge has a few shelves missing, coffee pot is missing a lid and required a knife and weight to make it work, the shower has no holder for the showerhead and the shower curtain was about a foot too long. Lots of left over food from other tenants which lovely, but either gone off or way to old. So lots of little things that a days maintenance work would make a great place than a nice place with a minor issues.
