Great location, so-so accomodation The guy who handled the rental - Romain - was wonderful. The apartment itself was perfectly nice, and the location is wonderful. The problems: the cable tv was out and was never taken care of; the wall mount for the shower was gone, so showering required a bit of maneuvering. If those little things get taken care of, this is a great place to stay. Otherwise, it's just an annoying experience.

Excellent location, spacious, could use a thorough cleaning We enjoyed our stay at our apartment in the Bastille. Perfect for large groups or a family it accommodated 5 of us very well. The Metro station is just outside the building and close to the Marais. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and sleeper couch, and 2 kitchens make it perfect for groups. Generally clean but could use a good, thorough cleaning and some repairs to some cupboards. Close to many cafes and grocery stores. It was easy to be in touch with the person who delivered us our keys and he was very helpful in getting us situated.

Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Dirty noisy overpriced apartment but in good location. The location was very good for shops, restaurants and transport. However, the curtains were dirty, paintwork was shabby and with no double glazing it was very noisy as it opened onto a very busy street. It was difficult to sleep in the front bedrooms, though not too bad in the rear one. The towels and linen provided were fine and the representative was very pleasant and helpful. The whole place needs completely cleaning and redecorating. The push button was missing off the toilet flush in the shower room. An oven would have been useful in addition to the microwave. It was well overpriced even for Paris. We would not go again.

GREAT EXCELLENT The apartments was the cleanest I have ever stayed in on my world travel. The owner was magnificent, customer oriented. Modern and contemporary more that enough room than what you get from the hotel. Close proximity to the touristy places, transport (train and metro), shops and restaurant. Great stay and would recumbent to anyone who values quality stay while on holiday.
