APARTMENT DESCRIPTION NOT VERY ACCURATE I BOOKED AN APARTMENT THROUGH ALL-PARIS APARTMENTS, IT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE SITE AS HAVING 2 BEDROOMS SO I BOOKED IT FOR 4 ADULTS.WHAT IT DIDN'T MAKE CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE WAS THAT ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD TO BE ACCESSED VIA THE COMMUNAL STAIRCASE, I.E ,YOU HAD TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT & GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM.I PHONED THE AGENCY ON ARRIVAL & WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AS I'D ALREADY ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY BUT HOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE SET UP BEFORE I ARRIVED I DON'T KNOW! I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT E-MAIL REGARDING THIS & I'M STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful position Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults. Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access. All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.

Not what you see so beware!!! A bit disappointing, you don't get what you see on the photos. Beds not made up, have to put quilt covers on yourself if you don't want to sleep with old thin quilts, towels very old and thin, no hand towels and second bed in bedroom with two beds does not work! Also one and only power point that is easily accessible in the kitchen was half hanging off the wall? Place and equipment definitely needs some upgrading all round

Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again Positives: 1. Good location 2. Good coffee 3. Quiet. 4. Comfortable beds Negatives: 1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English. 2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival. 3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly. 4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water. 5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh! 6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

Super location and excellent service! The apartment in Paris was situated in super location an the young lady Amelie who was our contact at the apartment was very friendly. The apartment consists of two smaller apartments and is therefore an excellent choise for two couples or families. Very quiet and safe. The terrace view outstanding. Sunchairs would be nice but current terrace furniture was ok. Overall feeling of the apartment was Very Good and we would rent this again any time!
