Perfect, cosy apartment ideal for a trip to Paris. The apartment was very clean and cosy. It was perfectly located next to the Eiffel Tower with great transport links around. There was a bakery below as well as several places for which you could pick up some groceries. Perfect location. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. And accommodated the fact that we had an early flight. Overall, the perfect apartment if visiting Paris. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, but the pictures are not what you find The place is a jewel that must be polished a little more, location is really great. However it was disappointing, that the reality is far from the pictures. Furniture is very old, carpets, and the bedding makes you think about how clean it really is. However you find everything to cook, oil, salt pepper. (Well I found dirty glasses and an old orange juice in the fridge) Alexandra, the administrator is very nice.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION NOT VERY ACCURATE I BOOKED AN APARTMENT THROUGH ALL-PARIS APARTMENTS, IT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE SITE AS HAVING 2 BEDROOMS SO I BOOKED IT FOR 4 ADULTS.WHAT IT DIDN'T MAKE CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE WAS THAT ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD TO BE ACCESSED VIA THE COMMUNAL STAIRCASE, I.E ,YOU HAD TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT & GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM.I PHONED THE AGENCY ON ARRIVAL & WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AS I'D ALREADY ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY BUT HOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE SET UP BEFORE I ARRIVED I DON'T KNOW! I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT E-MAIL REGARDING THIS & I'M STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE.

Mirror mirror on the wall what's the best apartment of them all! The spacious outdoor area gave this apartment a greater feel of Parisien atmosphere than usually felt in most small accommodation in Paris. The proximity to the metro, the Pompidou Centre, the outdoor cafe culture and the ability to walk to Notre Dame, along the River Seine or to the Louvre was ideal. Fitness is a must due to the 99 stairs but Elcel was great helping with the luggage and checking us in. Maybe not the best place for first time in Paris as the night-life is full on and can, in places, be a bit seedy.

Good apartment, very quite but needs a little TLC Great location, very quite however needs a little attention as some power points don't work, both lamps had faulty switches, bathroom main light didn't work, fridge has a few shelves missing, coffee pot is missing a lid and required a knife and weight to make it work, the shower has no holder for the showerhead and the shower curtain was about a foot too long. Lots of left over food from other tenants which lovely, but either gone off or way to old. So lots of little things that a days maintenance work would make a great place than a nice place with a minor issues.
