The house was very good except that it… The house was very good except that it lacked air conditioning. Apart from that we have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and they do not answer our calls or emails and after paying €1000 deposit they still have not returned them to us

We had a great experience with Club Villamar! We had a great experience with Club Villamar. Communication was excellent, the property was as described and actually exceeded expectations. We had a representative on hand during our stay who was always available when needed and very friendly too. Highly recommended this company 👍🏻

Great villa with super views Club Villamar were great to deal with. We had a great stay at a villa with super amenities. It was clean, in a great location and had an amazing pool with great views. Club Villamar had great communication and were helpful when we knew we were going to be late.

Honestly a star is to much for this… Honestly a star is to much for this accommodation. They where aggressive and unhelpful, they decided to add charges the day before we arrived leaving us no option but to pay. This included charges for making the beds, towel hire and exasperated deposits to the tone of around 1500 euros in total. Safe to say the whole company is a scam, after we cleaned the night before they claimed ludicrous levels off mess to justify withholding the deposit. NONE of their claims where supported with evidence expect a picture of dirty towels!!! Moreover when we appealed they basically said we where lying and they did not need to give evidence, despite this going against their own policy. Holiday from HELL…. DONT STAY HERE!!!

Perfect chalet with stunning views This quiet chalet was perfectly located with amazing terrace views, as well as access, to the coves below. Also, Tossa de Mar was a short 10-minute cab, so we were able to enjoy lunch and dinner in this quaint town. We will definitely be coming back next year.
