I will definitely be booking through… I will definitely be booking through Club Villamar again. They were so helpful and responded really quickly to any queries we had. The booking and payment process was really easy. I cannot recommend this villa enough! We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids including 2 small babies. They were able to provide multiple cots and a highchair. The pool was beautiful and perfect for the children (although it is deep) as it’s just off the kitchen so we could keep an eye on them at all times. The living space a huge and perfect for evenings. Lots of on street parking (we had 2 cars). The only suggestion I have is that it would have been helpful to know the rubbish collection days as by the end of the week we had quite a lot of rubbish/recycling built up Other than that it was perfect!

Our holiday in villa Frisina was… Our holiday in villa Frisina was amazing, we would love to go back anytime. Villa Frisina welcomes children and pets, which was important for us as we were travelling with our family. There is a huge garden covered with beautiful flowers, fruit and palm trees, barbecue facilities and a private pool for holidaymakers, which completes the cloudless relaxation. The house was spacious and clean, also had 2 showers. Two minutes walk from us was a Spar where we could go shopping. By car we could reach the centre of Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar in a few minutes. We could enjoy the sun on beautiful beaches nearby. I would gladly recommend Villa Frisina to anyone who wants a beautiful and relaxing holiday.

Honestly a star is to much for this… Honestly a star is to much for this accommodation. They where aggressive and unhelpful, they decided to add charges the day before we arrived leaving us no option but to pay. This included charges for making the beds, towel hire and exasperated deposits to the tone of around 1500 euros in total. Safe to say the whole company is a scam, after we cleaned the night before they claimed ludicrous levels off mess to justify withholding the deposit. NONE of their claims where supported with evidence expect a picture of dirty towels!!! Moreover when we appealed they basically said we where lying and they did not need to give evidence, despite this going against their own policy. Holiday from HELL…. DONT STAY HERE!!!

The house was very good except that it… The house was very good except that it lacked air conditioning. Apart from that we have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and they do not answer our calls or emails and after paying €1000 deposit they still have not returned them to us

Straight-forward booking and helpful… Straight-forward booking and helpful communication along the way. Email were answered swiftly. The villa was in good condition and matched the expectations. The local representative was helpful and attentive. We did have one issue. Club Villamar changed bank account after they sent an payment reminder e-mail but before I transferred the money, so there was emails back and forth to track down the payment. This made me question the authencity, but eventually the money was received, and everything was back on track. I wish the payment could have been made with a credit card instead of bank transfer to avoid the hassle and the cost of international money transfer.
