During our stay we had some issues , but customer service immediately responded and on the next day local agent resolved our query . Definitely will recommend this company and will use its services again in the future

Straight-forward booking and helpful… Straight-forward booking and helpful communication along the way. Email were answered swiftly. The villa was in good condition and matched the expectations. The local representative was helpful and attentive. We did have one issue. Club Villamar changed bank account after they sent an payment reminder e-mail but before I transferred the money, so there was emails back and forth to track down the payment. This made me question the authencity, but eventually the money was received, and everything was back on track. I wish the payment could have been made with a credit card instead of bank transfer to avoid the hassle and the cost of international money transfer.

Perfect chalet with stunning views This quiet chalet was perfectly located with amazing terrace views, as well as access, to the coves below. Also, Tossa de Mar was a short 10-minute cab, so we were able to enjoy lunch and dinner in this quaint town. We will definitely be coming back next year.
