Absolutely horrible company Absolutely horrible company. Rude and unhelpful throughout our whole experience. Charging extra for towels and bed sheets, being rude when asked simple questions about travel to and from the property - AND, refusing to pay back a 1000€ deposit whilst manufacturing reasons to not do so. They accused us of drug use and all sorts of misdemeanours and have now blocked us from appealing to get our money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS.

We had a great experience with Club Villamar! We had a great experience with Club Villamar. Communication was excellent, the property was as described and actually exceeded expectations. We had a representative on hand during our stay who was always available when needed and very friendly too. Highly recommended this company 👍🏻

Honestly a star is to much for this… Honestly a star is to much for this accommodation. They where aggressive and unhelpful, they decided to add charges the day before we arrived leaving us no option but to pay. This included charges for making the beds, towel hire and exasperated deposits to the tone of around 1500 euros in total. Safe to say the whole company is a scam, after we cleaned the night before they claimed ludicrous levels off mess to justify withholding the deposit. NONE of their claims where supported with evidence expect a picture of dirty towels!!! Moreover when we appealed they basically said we where lying and they did not need to give evidence, despite this going against their own policy. Holiday from HELL…. DONT STAY HERE!!!

Lovely Villa and views are amazing Lovely Villa, keep all blinds etc closed during the day as the sun is shining all day. It gets hot as there's no AC. Pool is lovely and clean and regularly attended by the pool man. Views are amazing. It is set on a steep hill to walk up, we walked down into the town but we got a taxi back 8 euros approx, there is a bus but never figured that service out. Lots of places to eat and have a drink after until late. Only 15 min walk for Botanic Gardens and Castle. Very clean and we had a lovely holiday.

Nice villa in a good location Nice villa in a good location. Better than on a pictures . During our stay we had some issues , but customer service immediately responded and on the next day local agent resolved our query . Definitely will recommend this company and will use its services again in the future
