Absolutely horrible company Absolutely horrible company. Rude and unhelpful throughout our whole experience. Charging extra for towels and bed sheets, being rude when asked simple questions about travel to and from the property - AND, refusing to pay back a 1000€ deposit whilst manufacturing reasons to not do so. They accused us of drug use and all sorts of misdemeanours and have now blocked us from appealing to get our money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS.

This is the 4th time we have booked… This is the 4th time we have booked through Villamar and each has been perfect , the villas are always clean and well located and descirbed correctly. Villamar always respond to any questions promtly, we feel we can trust and rely on them and although we have only just got back are looking to book for next year soon

I will definitely be booking through… I will definitely be booking through Club Villamar again. They were so helpful and responded really quickly to any queries we had. The booking and payment process was really easy. I cannot recommend this villa enough! We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids including 2 small babies. They were able to provide multiple cots and a highchair. The pool was beautiful and perfect for the children (although it is deep) as it’s just off the kitchen so we could keep an eye on them at all times. The living space a huge and perfect for evenings. Lots of on street parking (we had 2 cars). The only suggestion I have is that it would have been helpful to know the rubbish collection days as by the end of the week we had quite a lot of rubbish/recycling built up Other than that it was perfect!

Our holiday in villa Frisina was… Our holiday in villa Frisina was amazing, we would love to go back anytime. Villa Frisina welcomes children and pets, which was important for us as we were travelling with our family. There is a huge garden covered with beautiful flowers, fruit and palm trees, barbecue facilities and a private pool for holidaymakers, which completes the cloudless relaxation. The house was spacious and clean, also had 2 showers. Two minutes walk from us was a Spar where we could go shopping. By car we could reach the centre of Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar in a few minutes. We could enjoy the sun on beautiful beaches nearby. I would gladly recommend Villa Frisina to anyone who wants a beautiful and relaxing holiday.

Not happy with their service at all! The villa was beautiful but the hospitality was not what we expected. Firstly, we arrived there with family of 9 including kids in 34 degrees weather and there was absolutely no water to drink. The air conditioning wasn't working in one the bedrooms and we were told that it will be fixed in 2 days but no one bothered to even answer our phone calls. No hand-wash, no towels , bath mats in any of the toilets. So basically, if you go there, you are meant to bring everything with you, they won't even provide you water. Overall, villa was clean but I wish we had a better experience.
