During our stay we had some issues , but customer service immediately responded and on the next day local agent resolved our query . Definitely will recommend this company and will use its services again in the future

Straight-forward booking and helpful… Straight-forward booking and helpful communication along the way. Email were answered swiftly. The villa was in good condition and matched the expectations. The local representative was helpful and attentive. We did have one issue. Club Villamar changed bank account after they sent an payment reminder e-mail but before I transferred the money, so there was emails back and forth to track down the payment. This made me question the authencity, but eventually the money was received, and everything was back on track. I wish the payment could have been made with a credit card instead of bank transfer to avoid the hassle and the cost of international money transfer.

Great week holiday rental The company was trustworthy, check-in and check-out was very easy. House was clean, and was up to the expectations. The whole rental was great, and i would recommend it.

Lovely Villa and views are amazing Lovely Villa, keep all blinds etc closed during the day as the sun is shining all day. It gets hot as there's no AC. Pool is lovely and clean and regularly attended by the pool man. Views are amazing. It is set on a steep hill to walk up, we walked down into the town but we got a taxi back 8 euros approx, there is a bus but never figured that service out. Lots of places to eat and have a drink after until late. Only 15 min walk for Botanic Gardens and Castle. Very clean and we had a lovely holiday.
