Run as fast as you can away~~~~ Wow if you could give zero stars I would certainly have done that. Booked 4 tickets for a relatively good price, about $350 cheaper total than what I would have spent on another more well known site. Thought I am tired of watching prices and they have the exact flights i need. So book or so I think. READ THE FINE PRINT! Was not sold tickets just a phone call from the company to sell me higher seats on the flights by THOUSANDS More as in $2500 more!!! I say no so let me see if I can find you a flight on one of our other carriers...Why yes I can let me upsell you them at the same price or wait no a little higher then what I can sit here at my computer and see for myself! Save your time, frustration and overall like for other people and Run don't walk away from this company!

Booking in and out of Guyana can become… Booking in and out of Guyana can become complicated, especially with more airlines flying to CJIA. Customer service was very responsive and patient with confirming the tickets. They stayed on the phone and called back when necessary to confirm everything was set including booking my preferred seat. I would definitely use this service again!!!

Very good pricing and detailed customer service First time using Lookupvacations for a group of people to transit from Jamaica to South Florida. Budget was a big concern and upon looking at all of the published fares from the airlines websites I came upon this company. James handled my request and the fares provided were substantially below anything else available. He provided multiple follow ups to ensure everything was smooth and that I had all information needed for my group to travel. Will use again for future travel requirements.

Avoid at all costs Flight advertised at $140. Booked it. Said I’ll get confirmation within 4 hours. Contacted customer service who then informed me “The airlines canceled all economy seating and now only offer main cabin seating at a higher price”. Contacted the airlines who said that was not true. Therefore it’s their way of getting you hooked in at a cheap price (that’s not available anywhere else on the internet), then feeding you a false story and making you pay the full price (same price advertised on American Airlines website).
