GBProfessional Customer Service Jimmy was extremely professional and helpful in acquiring our reservation and tickets. Though we did not get the discounted ticket price (sold out), Jimmy was able to get our tickets in the Main Cabin on the same flights.

GBGreat resolution Team was quick to respond to our issues that we were facing and it was very stressful at the airport. However, they found a solution and we were able to get rid of the issue that we faced. So yeah it was great experience. I have no complaints.
