Pleasantly Surprised and will use again! Let me start by saying, I was definitely skeptical at first (based on the prices offered). However, I found based on MY exprience Fareease is 100% legit. They have a system to find the best on flights and are super communicative throughout the whole process. They sent me the direct confirmation # with airline with the agreed upon flights and didn't charge me until I received the confirmation from airline directly. I will be using them again when booking travel. I feel like they are really a hidden gem.

Worst company ever Worst company ever! don't ever buy tickets from here. you can try and save money and when you call for confirmation, they will go up in the price tremendously. Mine for two tickets was supposed to be 378 to JFK from ATL. Today I called the number after not receiving email of confirmation. I was told that the price went up to 591.00 per person.

Great resolution Team was quick to respond to our issues that we were facing and it was very stressful at the airport. However, they found a solution and we were able to get rid of the issue that we faced. So yeah it was great experience. I have no complaints.
