I booked a flight online and that flight was on pending because apparently it was oversold, I called and Abby was able to help me with the same flight and still a good price.

Professional Customer Service Jimmy was extremely professional and helpful in acquiring our reservation and tickets. Though we did not get the discounted ticket price (sold out), Jimmy was able to get our tickets in the Main Cabin on the same flights.

Pleasantly Surprised and will use again! Let me start by saying, I was definitely skeptical at first (based on the prices offered). However, I found based on MY exprience Fareease is 100% legit. They have a system to find the best on flights and are super communicative throughout the whole process. They sent me the direct confirmation # with airline with the agreed upon flights and didn't charge me until I received the confirmation from airline directly. I will be using them again when booking travel. I feel like they are really a hidden gem.
