I saw the 4.1 star rating on Trustpilot and thought… I saw the 4.1 star rating on Trustpilot and thought, "maybe this one is legit." Advertised price was $25 lower than anywhere else online, which was jussssst enough to make me take this risk. Within 30 minutes of purchasing, I was called on Whatsapp and told that the actual price was 33% higher than what was listed and that it had "just changed." (It had not... I re-purchased the tickets from the airline right afterward for a lower price than they were quoting me). When I said I wanted to cancel the charge and not go through with the purchase, I was told that I wasn't allowed to and that they had already charged my card (which was a LIE). When I told them this was fraudulent, he asked me to hold so that he could "talk to his supervisor" (as an aside, he never put me on hold, he just kept breathing into the phone). Thirty seconds later, I could magically cancel my reservation since they had never charged my card. At least it all happened quickly. The whole operation seems like it's one dude in India repeatedly pulling a bait and switch on customers. Stay away.

it's legit The Chat feature has someone responds right away during business hours. Kevin is very helpful and patient. I changed the flight plans several times and he was very accommodating. I ended up canceling the flights within 24 hours and got my refund back. It's not a scam.

Unreliable Was told: "Your booking is under process, confirmation email and e ticket should be received within the next 12 hours." When no confirmation was forthcoming, I called to be informed that the airline could not confirm and the new fare would be increased well over 50% the price of the original. Seems like "BAIT & SWITCH"

Great experience! I haven’t heard of Farebubble for my other trips but I had a great experience booking with them. Tickets did take a little bit more time than expected but when I gave them a call, Juan Carlos answered and provided great service. I saved so much money and I am forever grateful!
