Improvement Areas: 1) They took much longer than other travel agencies to provide ticket reference number which made us question the authenticity of the transaction itself and led to confusion. 2) The customer care number does not specify their operating hours. It routes you to voicemail with the message that there was a high call volume, again leading to anxious consumer.
