GBThis is my 2nd time using Farebubble in… This is my 2nd time using Farebubble in 2 weeks. My representative Elena was efficient and polite. I found this company when I searched flights on Momondo. You will need at least 24 hours to receive your e-ticket (payment confirmation happens approx 1-2 hours after transaction. Don’t worry, they are legitimate (I was nervous my first time) but here I am booking another flight and I have my e-ticket confirmed and in the Delta system. I recommend the company and will use them again soon. Thank you Elena for your help and quick service

GBWell done, Farebubble Momondo led me to Farebubble during a search for fares to Jamaica during a high-volume holiday weekend. The Farebubble service worked smoothly and saved about $100 below the lowest fare I'd found through other airfare search systems. Their agent David followed up with a helpful phone call once I'd confirmed receipt of the Delta ticket. The only aspect that brought a minor surprise was a delay of a day or two between completing my booking and receiving the official e-ticket; for the savings involved, this seems like a trivial price to pay. Positive experience here.

GBI saw the 4.1 star rating on Trustpilot and thought… I saw the 4.1 star rating on Trustpilot and thought, "maybe this one is legit." Advertised price was $25 lower than anywhere else online, which was jussssst enough to make me take this risk. Within 30 minutes of purchasing, I was called on Whatsapp and told that the actual price was 33% higher than what was listed and that it had "just changed." (It had not... I re-purchased the tickets from the airline right afterward for a lower price than they were quoting me). When I said I wanted to cancel the charge and not go through with the purchase, I was told that I wasn't allowed to and that they had already charged my card (which was a LIE). When I told them this was fraudulent, he asked me to hold so that he could "talk to his supervisor" (as an aside, he never put me on hold, he just kept breathing into the phone). Thirty seconds later, I could magically cancel my reservation since they had never charged my card. At least it all happened quickly. The whole operation seems like it's one dude in India repeatedly pulling a bait and switch on customers. Stay away.

GBUnreliable Was told: "Your booking is under process, confirmation email and e ticket should be received within the next 12 hours." When no confirmation was forthcoming, I called to be informed that the airline could not confirm and the new fare would be increased well over 50% the price of the original. Seems like "BAIT & SWITCH"
