SVLast year I bought 7 flight tickets… Last year I bought 7 flight tickets through jetcost. Ana Garcia was very helpful at the beginning. But when she charged me the tickets on mi debit card, she charged me $170 extra. I talked to her several times and she agreed there was a mistake and promised to give that money back. Once she put her supervisor on the phone and he was very rude and unrespectful with me while he shouted to me. They told me that they were going to reverse my money but I'm still waiting. They have changed their phone number twice. I'm disappointed .

PRFor being a first time customer For being a first time customer, my experience has been excellent. From the inquiry to the check-in assistance, all have been wonderful. I will definately visit the site in the near future and will recommend it to others.

DEBad customer Service, they offer what thet can't really do I was waiting for my booking to be charged on my card. Got a call from their Customer Service. Very bad spanish, hard to understand. Tried to continue in english, but she continued in spanish. My flight had a new price, she was making presure on me to check the new offer she sent me on email. She even said "don't hang up, read the e-mail, answer and we can make the booking". I said I needed time to like at it, she even asked me how long. At the end, she hanged up the call, cause, cancelled my booking because she couldnt convince me with her very unfriendly pressure.
