But when she charged me the tickets on mi debit card, she charged me $170 extra. I talked to her several times and she agreed there was a mistake and promised to give that money back. Once she put her supervisor on the phone and he was very rude and unrespectful with me while he shouted to me. They told me that they were going to reverse my money but I'm still waiting. They have changed their phone number twice. I'm disappointed .
