GBI booked my round-trip.Come to find out… I booked my round-trip.Come to find out my trip was pending. When I called , they said that the seats were all sold out. But if I paid four hundred and fifty dollars I can be upgraded. They should not sell Seats if they are not available.

PRMatthew Smith was helpful in getting me… Matthew Smith was helpful in getting me a flight. What I disliked is that I had chosen a deal on the website and was told it was unavailable but instead of getting a deal at the same price, I had to get a pricier offer.

GBNOT RELIABLE DO Not Use Terrible service. Never received confirmation of flight. After multiple calls to FFD I got an english speaking person who told me my flight was sold out with Spirit. Again no prior notice from them. DO NOT USE

GBMy goto site for affordable trips I use this website almost exclusively to book my travel. It’s best to book early but if you are a procrastinator like me, they do their best to get you an affordable flight. Sammy was my customer service representative today and he was incredibly helpful at finding flights that met our needs. He was friendly, professional, and set a goal to keep us happy in our reservation and he succeeded in doing so.

DODO NOT USE IT! DO NOT USE IT! I booked a flight with them through Jetcost and after see they didn´t charge my credit card I call them to see what is the problem. First, they were answer my doubts and it seemed they were working but then, they just stopped to answer me and hanged up the phone. I called through another number phone, they just were mean with me and hanged up the phone multiples time. At the last time, they increased the price and again they were so mean with me and hanged up the phone.
