Good customer service I was organizing the purchase of an emergency ticket to Canada for a friend who was difficult to reach in Costa Rica. I talked to Sammy and Rust several times, they were very helpful, respectful and understanding. Even when the call dropped, they called me back quickly. They helped a frustrating situation be more manageable.

I booked my round-trip.Come to find out… I booked my round-trip.Come to find out my trip was pending. When I called , they said that the seats were all sold out. But if I paid four hundred and fifty dollars I can be upgraded. They should not sell Seats if they are not available.
