Bad customer Service, they offer what thet can't really do I was waiting for my booking to be charged on my card. Got a call from their Customer Service. Very bad spanish, hard to understand. Tried to continue in english, but she continued in spanish. My flight had a new price, she was making presure on me to check the new offer she sent me on email. She even said "don't hang up, read the e-mail, answer and we can make the booking". I said I needed time to like at it, she even asked me how long. At the end, she hanged up the call, cause, cancelled my booking because she couldnt convince me with her very unfriendly pressure.

Sammy is the real deal Sammy is the real deal. Me, my friends and family will from now on only use Sammy. He is persistent until he delivers what he promised. How refreshing is that
